Palm Coast, FL. I've had 2 trucks reserved for a month to go across county, to move home. I just just received a call he doesn't have a truck for tomorrow morning! I said we have 2 trucks rented, loaders, drivers, movers, and plane tickets back to Florida already reserved, this is not okay. Where are the trucks? so in other words, don't count on or trust Penske? Find me a truck please somewhere? where do I have to drive to go get them? HIS RESPONSE WAS IT'S THE END OF THE MONTH! I said they why did you take a reservation, we aren't just moving within Florida, we have definite plans, please help us
