Monday Dec 29th On Sat I spoke to a lady about my new glasses. I came in today and spoke to the manager and he did not know anything about my ins UPMC I told him what she said and did not want to hear or listen to anything . Then she would not help me anymore Thing got really bad I talk really loud and he said I was yelling. He canceled my appointment Band me from the store and called the Mall Police to remove me from the store He told me to calm down when he would not let me speak I will be 77yrs old
Claimed loss: Need to have appointment back before New Year or I will lose all my money for new glasses for 2025 Please Help
