My name is Alfonso Sacarello Vigoreaux Service provided by Pearl Vision Center in Plaza Carolina shopping mall in Carolina Puerto Rico

This is a synopsis of the events:

12/22/2025
I visited the facilities of Pearl Vision Center in Plaza Carolina, this is located in Carolina Puerto Rico.
Took my prescription issued by my Ophthalmologist Dr. Cesar Tort. I choose a new pair of frames and made the new order. Based on my 2025 benefits

1/23/2026
The new lenses were issued and after several days using, I noticed that I could not see far sight, they made an adjustment and delivered to me the same day.

1/27/2026
I visited the store facilities as the problem persisted, their answer was that the lenses were done exactly as prescribed by my doctor and recommended to re-visit my doctor to ensure that the prescription was correct. (Pls note that I have been a patient of the doctor for more than 8 years). or use their optometrist to perform another I test which I did. To my surprise a new prescription was given to me by Pearl optometrist totally different from the one originally issued by my ophthalmologist. The new prescription was invoiced to my plan benefit of 2026.

2/10/2026

Went back to Pearl Vision and advised that I was having problem with the vision and he asked the laboratory to increase the side vision.
on Feb. 20. 2026 they gave me the lenses with the supposed changes and again I was having the same problem.

To my surprise the prescription in the lenses was the original prescription by my ophthalmologist.

4/2/2026
Pearle Vision optometrist excused by the mistake made by his lab and again a new order was made.

With the new prescription I continued to have problems with the lenses and again Pearl Vision optometrist made another eye exam and issued another prescription. removing the reflective coat

On May 13 2026 the new lenses were given to me and again I could not drive as I would blind on lights glare including traffic lights.

On May 15,2026 following AETNA Insurance representative Ms.Dania's advice I went to Pearl to return the eyeglasses, however, the Store Manager Ms.Mariela Sanchez did not accept the return.

All I want is to have AETNA charge back to Pearl so I can go to another eyeglasses provider and get new ones using my 2026 benefit.

Desired outcome: Revert the charges to AETNA so I can use my 2026 benefit with another provider
