Ordered eyeglasses on May 4th for my grandson, and he still has not received them (today is May 12th). Every time my son calls about them, he gets told a different date... today he was told May 23rd (?). Meanwhile, his son (my grandson) has awful headaches because of his vision.
This is unacceptable as I'm sure you'd agree. Next time it will be Lenscrafters.
