when kwikcom buried the cables in my yard I told them I would be tilling the yard to seed new grass so I asked them to bury the cable deep enough I could safely till the yard they said no problem on 10/13/23 I was tilling and cut the cable no more than 4" down now they want to charge me $ 190.00 dollars said it was my fault, I have talked to numerous people throughout the company with no avail I firmly believe they are in wrong for not burying the cable deep enough !

I was told I was reciving a new router since we have been having numerous issues with the one we have with 6 different phone calls for tech help. Earlier today I spoke with three different reps, six different times, and was told by a supervisor I would be receiving a new router the following day. i received a phone call in the middle of the time one would be eating or preparing dinner by the "supervisors supervisor" who demanded I complete trouble shooting steps with him be use i wasn't getting a new router until I did. I informed him I had already spoke with a supervisor and this issue had been resolved I was to be receiving a new router the following day. he told me unless I completed the steps with him I would not receive the router I was already told I would be receiving the following day. Obviously frustrated I hung up. This company is ***. We have had nothing but problems with the service and now being told sometime I was already told had been completed is infuriating

I have been told for 9 months now that our tower will be updated and it still isn't. I am being charged for their router when I shouldn't be. Our account number is ***. I started calling in august and september/ I have called with issues about our internet for 9 months. I keep getting told that it will be just a few more months and then last time I was told they didn't know when it would be updated. They told me to try their router instead of *** since they took over for *** a year and a half ago. They are charging me for the router saying since my tower isn't updated they can't switch me over to kwikom even though I pay kwikom every month. I know I am not the only one having issues with them and this tower. At one point I was told they could switch me to a different tower and now they say they can't do it. I am working from home now with COIVID 19 going on. I called to complain about the internet cutting out on phone calls and once again I got told that they couldn't do anything because the tower isn't updated. They took over for *** a year and a half ago and the other towers have been updated but not ours. I want our tower upgraded to them as soon as possible and want reimbursed for the past months I have been charged for their router and want to stop being charged for their router. I asked if I could upgrade our plan with either seamless or kwikom and was told no. I don't feel like it is right with everything going on in the world right now and kids needing internet for class that they just keep pushing this off. Please help fix this issue.
