PC Richard & Son review: Seller sent me only one email and no details about the delivery

I have ordered cooler from PC RICHARDS & SONS. The total price of the cooler was $1, 570 and the seller agreed with my proposal that I would pay for it with 5 installments. I have wired them $300 and waited for the details. The seller replied only once and said that the delivery would take 4 weeks. It was the last what I heard from this man. No tracking number, no delivery details, nothing. I cancelled my order after 4 weeks and requested refund. I don’t want to wait.
