PayPal Won"t give information as to where a payment went

I have been trying to contact customer service, can't get a phone number to talk to a person to find out where my payment to Macfee went. I was able to talk to someone at Macfee and they said they never received a payment for $99.99 to my account. I tried getting answers from Paypal and cant get any help. Everything is done on line no human contact.

PayPal Romans

My complaint is they owed me 66.32they took from my account I have talk to them a lot of times since then and filed a claimed against roman and they wont pay my money back romans said they have never contacted them to find out that they did not send me anything I told them they said contact them and they wont just denying the claim the bank said it was their resonability to pay that back them accounts was supposed to beclosed they said they had another one from a long time ago I told them they better cancel both I do not want nothing like that but they refused my case

PayPal Non-profit transfers: no tech support or engagement

I run a 501c3 tax exempt educational charity to raise money for a war orphan boarding school in South Sudan www.uoco.org. I set up a PayPal account so people could donate online, and especially so that people could make recurring monthly donations. It was working fine until this year, and since July I have received zero donations, even though I am still receiving PayPal emails telling me there has been a donation.

I do have screen shots of all this: email notifications of donations and then PayPal site error messages, but they won't load on this site.

I have called, texted, and chatted with PayPal to try to resolve this issue, but get disconnected, or they're not open, or they tell me they'll send me an email automated to solve a problem. There seems to be no human interface as absolutely every time I call I am told "all the operators are busy."

I need to send a bulk of donations to South Sudan, to very hungry kids.

Desired outcome: PayPal should reinstate the process. Send all back donations to my linked, tax-exempt account, and add all the interest collected.

PayPal Their dispute process

I won an auction on ebid for a supposed Playstation 5 in April of 2022. The seller a few days later said they sent it to my home. They provided a tracking number for FedEx. The problem is it didn't designate an address, just merely that it was delivered to a home in the city I live in, Groveland Florida. I tried to speak with the seller because the package never got to me. They provided a custom tracking label (which is from his own company and if he's a professional scammer means nothing) and a FedEx label picture with the Street Address whited out (seemed like from paint or something similar).

I contacted FedEx because not only did this package with this tracking number not reach my home, it was reported as only weighing 1 lb. Playstation 5s weigh 15 lbs. FedEx provided the customer account number when I explained the situation. That allowed me to pull up the official FedEx slip as the seller originally wrote it.

The seller seemingly picked out a random person that lives in my city and sent it to her. This woman has NO relation to me & I don't know her. She's not even in the same neighborhood.

When I spoke to PayPal, they told me I can't speak with the disputes department. I opened up several disputes with ALL of this information, evidence and screenshots of where it was actually sent. They refused to speak with FedEx or to do any more work on this. They sided with the seller EVERY time, SOLELY because the seller provided the same custom label and the edited FedEx tracking slip that only says it was delivered to my city somewhere, with not even an address.

Now I'm out hundreds & PayPal doesn't care, doesn't allow me to speak with anyone that can change or help, & a felonious thief gets rewarded while an innocent customer gets victimized.

PayPal Fraudulent sale

PayPal For the sake of the future of the usa, close your paypal account

You are funding the 2 most notorious and destructive companies against the USA by having a Paypal account. This is Vanguard and BlackRock. The articles are quite conclusive, shocking and appalling about what these companies continue to do to negatively affect our economy, freedom and way of life. It seems to be a project for them to take us down.

Further, Paypal has since become a significant target of hackers due to relaxed and insufficient security at Paypal now. I was sitting here one day watching messages go across my email account from Paypal, "2-step verification has been disabled", "Your email address has been changed" (twice), and finally, "2-step verification has been enabled". I was locked from the account and had received no 2-step verification code. Paypal promised to explain what happened and never did or could. They maintain they've never been hacked.

A couple days ago I received another scam directly on my account which was a request for payment of $700. Again, Paypal could not provide any detail or proper explanation on what happened. I was told I would lose $700 if I didn't catch this and call right away.

While I just don't need the aggravation of a company who doesn't protect customers and seems to not care, I certainly don't want to support the evil aspirations of companies like Vanguard and Black Rock. I suggest you close your account, too, before you become subject to the numerous scams and $1000s being lost by people on the internet.

Just search "I lost money on Paypal" or similar searches and it will raise your hair! Run, don't walk!

PayPal Limitation of my account and withdrawing funds without my authorization

My Name is Richard Mawanda

My business is importation of assorted items from Abroad mainly US, UK, Germany and China.

I do that on various online platforms like eBay, Alibaba among others

I own a sole proprietorship business in the names of Papaya Priority ADS

Its fully registered with the Ugandan government authorities and has been operating for more than seven years.

I have operated a PayPal business account opened in Kenya for this company which operates in East Africa because Kenya is more user friendly when it comes to business in the region, for several years and have been using the account only to pay for assorted items online importing them to the region until recently when I reverted to Gpay when a limitation was put on my account.

I have had at least two logic board sellers from Alibaba refund money when they sold wrong items and refunds were done through Alibaba arbitration, there was no problem, PayPal refunded my money, may be since the sums were paltry

All these refunds one from Ebay.co.uk and two from Alibaba were refunded without incident.

Disaster struck when I bought a Laptop Logic board from a UK seller who claimed it was in health condition only to reach client in Uganda and it did not work. We agreed that I return it and I shipped it with DHL to my forwarder Lontex Exports Ltd (2a Thames Rd, Barking IG11 0HZ, United Kingdom) because that's the way it had come to Uganda

I then booked Parcelforce (Parcel Number: PBUX4263435001) whom I instructed to pick item from (2a Thames Rd, Barking IG11 0HZ, United Kingdom) and deliver it to seller.

Item reached him on (21/11/2022 - 10:45 Delivered Glasgow Depot)

Instantly eBay refunded my money

Then I had bought another item an Electronic music keyboard from another seller, he refused to ship many days despite my pleas and emails, when I contacted eBay as to find out what was the reason, they cancelled the transaction and refunded my money

When the money arrived on my account on PayPal I waited for it to be reimbursed that I use it to buy other items, they refused to return it and they asked me to send my address but instead blocked my account saying its blocked permanently.

When I asked them what could be the fate of my money they never gave a clear answer, what would be done and just took me for fraudster.

In all the value returned was about $641.28US by yesterday 11/27/22

Today I have found the value of the money in my PayPal Money in section has fallen to $337.55US with no explanation whatsoever. That's about $303.73US gone.

still no explanation, I wonder who gave PayPal authorization to remove my money and where is it.

I fact one Robert from PayPal advised me to open another PayPal account in Uganda. I thought it was meant to deposit my funds there, I opened it yesterday but I find even there there is no money.

am afraid even the other funds remaining are going to be drained by PayPal who knows even the account can be deleted and that the endgame.

am seeking redress to your honorable organization, even if I dont have to work with PayPal anymore but at least they return my hard earned money, this is Africa money does not come cheap.

I have been on eBay seven years and Alibaba several years I have no fraud record that why they even return my money from fake sellers.

This is a dangerous precedent from PayPal.

PayPal Closing my account with paypal

On Nov. 18th I sent $10.47 to Profundity Yours. As that was the amount in my account and I wanted to close the account. Today I was doing my online banking and saw that Paypal made an unauthorized payment from my credit card for the same amount. I called them at the number they provide at the bottom of their page. I was transferred to 6 different people with each person telling me the next person could help me. The last person told me I would get an email on how to remove a limitation on my account. That I had to remove the limitation before the account could be closed. I had no idea how the limitation was put on that account until I called back. When asked why I was calling I said "Paypal made an unauthorized payment from my account". The first thing I heard was "We put a limitation on your account". I guess I know how it got there now. This was the instructions I got...

Nowhere on that page does it say ACCOUNT LIMITATIONS. So how exactly am I suppose to close the account when I can't even access the page their telling me to, or complete the steps? Then I get am email from Paypal telling me they refunded the $ I sent to Profundity Yours.

PayPal I want Paypal to stop sending me emails.

I cancelled my account with Paypal earlier this month. Yet they are still sending me account statements. They also made a fraud charge on my credit. I had to cancel my credit card because of it. They keep sending me emails stating I signed up to receive promotions. I did no such thing. I am fed up with them emailing and want them to stop. The day I cancelled my account with them, I was on the phone for a couple of hours. It took forever to get an agent on the line and then forever to get my account cancelled.

PayPal Permanently banned Account

In August 2021, I bought Cryptocurrency to ChangeHigh.

The transaction was successful and the company sent me an email

They directed buyers to me who paid for what they required.

Paypal wrote to me requesting that I provide certain evidence of that transaction, which I did but not to their satisfaction.

The money was put on hold for 180 days. unfortunately, after the 180 days were over, they confiscated the money and permanently banned me

I am unable to use their services to make purchases or payments. unfortunately, a lot of online Transactions use Paypal to transact their business.

PayPal Unauthorized purchase

This company named Lemandale Limited has charged me twice $49 for nothing that I authorize. Please stop this withdrawl from happening. I never ok'd any purchase anything from them yet it charges my pay pal $49 which then comes out of my checking account. I ask that this stops from happening. There is no authorization to Lemandale Limited.

PayPal My PayPal permanently limited

I have been doing transcription and receiving payment through my account for about 8 months now. The activity has been running smoothly. Clients are happy, there are of course the occasional challenges However, I am also careful to make sure all complaints are handled and most of the time things are sorted out in less than 24 hours.

I recently woke up to find that my account has essentially be locked. I cannot take payment or remove the money in my account.

Calling PayPal, I was told that I would have to email PayPal in order to find out what is happening and why and I could not be transferred to the department that would be handling the issue.

PayPal I would like them to fix my account because I can't create another PayPal and I really need it.

PayPal is a company operating an online payments system in the majority of countries that support online money transfers and serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money orders. I would like to file a complaint on PayPal, On March 10, 2022, they sent me an email that I can no longer do business with PayPal. And the reason is I violated their PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy but I'm not selling any type of this drugs, cigarettes, obscene items, firearms, knives. But before they send me that email, I tried to contact them via twitter because I got confused when I open my PayPal account it says permanently limited without any warning or message from them. If I wouldn't contact them via email, I would not get an email, why I'm permanently limited. And, as you can see on the screenshot my last transaction on PayPal was on month of November 2021 and they permanently limited my account in March. I know it's long overdue, but I just know right now that I can file a complaint for them. Thank you very much.

PayPal Permanent limitation of my paypal business account

On August 29, 2022, I got an email indicating that I can no longer do business with PayPal. The email stated that after a review, PayPal decided to permanently limit my account as they found potential risk associated with it. My Reference Id is PP-L-[protected]. The business is called "Becky Don Automotive", which is a legally registered company in Jamaica, responsible for the importation of vehicles globally. Becky Don Automotive imports vehicles and sell them back to customers in Jamaica. Currently, most of the vehicles are imported from Japan.

Prior to the permanent limitation, there were instances when the account was limited temporarily, and I supplied all the relevant information/documentation/proof needed for all transactions. Now, for the account to be put on permanent limitation is a great inconvenience. Moreover, there is money in the account that I cannot access, and I have not been been given any clear reason as to why my account was permanently limited. Whatever concerns exists, I am certain that I can provide clarity for all those ambiguities and can ultimately lead to the restoration of my account. Therefore, I would like this complaint to be forwarded PayPal's executive team for their intervention.

Desired outcome: 1. Full restoration of my account.2. Removal of limits on transactions as I do business that sometimes require large sums of money to be transferred internationally.

PayPal Money hold

My PayPal Account [protected]@blueoceancommerce.net was created on the 13thof July and we used it to process payments made on our onlineshops. On the 1st of October PayPal froze our whole money worth of 65.000 EUR. We assume it's because of our high dispute rate (1.6%). However, we can't operate our business properly anymore since this money is necessary for us to operate our business properly.

Desired outcome: Would be great if you could help to set at least 90% of the payments free so we can pay our suppliers and keep the customers satisfied

PayPal Lemandale limited

Each month this company has been charging me $49 for a service that I never ordered. I want all $49 payments that paypal made to Lemandale Limited refunded to my account immediately...

This is a scam. If you need to ask a question you are sent to Ask Crew. They explain a $1.00 charge that is totally refundable. What they don't tell you is that there is a monthly charge of $49.00 for a subscription so you can ask questions anytime in the future. But you have to pay the $49.00 before you can cancel the subscription. But I still can't cancel mine. When I try I get a new application for the$1.00 one time refundable fee to contact Ask Crew. So, obviously, I don't have 24/7 access even though they took the monthly payment from my PayPal account.

I am very disgusted with PayPal. I've always used this app and haven't had this happen. But it is the PayPal rep that sends you to the Ask Crew site with your question. They don't mention the monthly fee that automatically is taken out. They say you can cancel after the fee is paid, but, as you see, they want me to pay the $1.00 fee again. So another new subscription will be generated and charged.

Payment of $49 taken in September

Unknown to me , no record of signing up sand suspect t scam and complaint sent to email address which was not acknowledged

Repeat payment thus month

Further looking into and further information on their website inconclusive and told to refer to the seller through Paypal

Am investigating if bank can help as need to stop further payments and stop subscription

Then need to get refund

Can you help as the payments are coming through

PayPal Account Permanently Limited

My account has been permanently limited. I was sent no information about why it was limited or how I can resolve the situation. I use paypal a lot to purchase car parts. I feel I should be made aware of whatever the issue is and be allowed to explain or rectify the problem. I have tried to call and message several times and each time I am either hung up on or sent back to a bot.

PayPal Poor customer service

PayPal really not know their own products. Trying to tell me my account has no seller tools when even giving screenshots showing clearly do. Only wanting ability to block international buyers but only full business accounts get this. Us home small sellers must risk adding shipping in own country then forced shipping internationally and scammed and pay extreme shipping charges not going to charge for intending to only ship in my country

Seller accounts with seller profile do have simple seller tools like sell on social button maker. They got 3 types accounts but customer service only reading strict personal or strict full Walmart type corporate only stuff

PayPal Funds being held with no explanation after a dispute has been resolved.

On October 1, 2022, I sold two items to a buyer in California and shipped them to him UPS. He paid me $242.00 via PayPal which held the funds pending receipt of the items by the buyer. When the items arrived, one was damaged in shipping. A claim was filed by me with UPS but the buyer filed a dispute with PayPal requesting his money back. I entered into an agreement with the buyer to refund $142.00 of the original $242.00. The dispute was settled and PayPal issued his refund. That left $100 due to me (less PayPal fee for a total of $92.47) that PayPal has continued to hold. I have made calls and been told that the funds were being released but they were not. I have spent literally hours on a PayPal 'message' board trying to get a resolution and the funds released. They continue to tell me one of two things: 1- Several different teams are working on getting the funds released or 2 - All transaction funds are held for 21 days to assure they buyer is satisfied. It has now been nearly 21 days and not only has the 'message board' quit responding to me but the telephone Customer Service will not take my calls, telling me with a recording that I should go to the Message Center! I have NEVER run across a Customer Service issue like this. AND I was a long time PayPal customer but they apparently closed out my account prior to the arrival of the funds and I had to open a new account. That is another reason they used for holding the funds, saying new customers had to prove their reliabiltiy before funds could be released.
