PayPal Unauthorized purchase

This company named Lemandale Limited has charged me twice $49 for nothing that I authorize. Please stop this withdrawl from happening. I never ok'd any purchase anything from them yet it charges my pay pal $49 which then comes out of my checking account. I ask that this stops from happening. There is no authorization to Lemandale Limited.

PayPal My PayPal permanently limited

I have been doing transcription and receiving payment through my account for about 8 months now. The activity has been running smoothly. Clients are happy, there are of course the occasional challenges However, I am also careful to make sure all complaints are handled and most of the time things are sorted out in less than 24 hours.

I recently woke up to find that my account has essentially be locked. I cannot take payment or remove the money in my account.

Calling PayPal, I was told that I would have to email PayPal in order to find out what is happening and why and I could not be transferred to the department that would be handling the issue.

PayPal I would like them to fix my account because I can't create another PayPal and I really need it.

Hello,

PayPal is a company operating an online payments system in the majority of countries that support online money transfers and serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money orders. I would like to file a complaint on PayPal, On March 10, 2022, they sent me an email that I can no longer do business with PayPal. And the reason is I violated their PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy but I'm not selling any type of this drugs, cigarettes, obscene items, firearms, knives. But before they send me that email, I tried to contact them via twitter because I got confused when I open my PayPal account it says permanently limited without any warning or message from them. If I wouldn't contact them via email, I would not get an email, why I'm permanently limited. And, as you can see on the screenshot my last transaction on PayPal was on month of November 2021 and they permanently limited my account in March. I know it's long overdue, but I just know right now that I can file a complaint for them. Thank you very much.

PayPal Permanent limitation of my paypal business account

On August 29, 2022, I got an email indicating that I can no longer do business with PayPal. The email stated that after a review, PayPal decided to permanently limit my account as they found potential risk associated with it. My Reference Id is PP-L-[protected]. The business is called "Becky Don Automotive", which is a legally registered company in Jamaica, responsible for the importation of vehicles globally. Becky Don Automotive imports vehicles and sell them back to customers in Jamaica. Currently, most of the vehicles are imported from Japan.

Prior to the permanent limitation, there were instances when the account was limited temporarily, and I supplied all the relevant information/documentation/proof needed for all transactions. Now, for the account to be put on permanent limitation is a great inconvenience. Moreover, there is money in the account that I cannot access, and I have not been been given any clear reason as to why my account was permanently limited. Whatever concerns exists, I am certain that I can provide clarity for all those ambiguities and can ultimately lead to the restoration of my account. Therefore, I would like this complaint to be forwarded PayPal's executive team for their intervention.

Desired outcome: 1. Full restoration of my account.2. Removal of limits on transactions as I do business that sometimes require large sums of money to be transferred internationally.

PayPal Money hold

My PayPal Account [protected]@blueoceancommerce.net was created on the 13thof July and we used it to process payments made on our onlineshops. On the 1st of October PayPal froze our whole money worth of 65.000 EUR. We assume it's because of our high dispute rate (1.6%). However, we can't operate our business properly anymore since this money is necessary for us to operate our business properly.

Desired outcome: Would be great if you could help to set at least 90% of the payments free so we can pay our suppliers and keep the customers satisfied

PayPal Lemandale limited

Each month this company has been charging me $49 for a service that I never ordered. I want all $49 payments that paypal made to Lemandale Limited refunded to my account immediately...

This is a scam. If you need to ask a question you are sent to Ask Crew. They explain a $1.00 charge that is totally refundable. What they don't tell you is that there is a monthly charge of $49.00 for a subscription so you can ask questions anytime in the future. But you have to pay the $49.00 before you can cancel the subscription. But I still can't cancel mine. When I try I get a new application for the$1.00 one time refundable fee to contact Ask Crew. So, obviously, I don't have 24/7 access even though they took the monthly payment from my PayPal account.

I am very disgusted with PayPal. I've always used this app and haven't had this happen. But it is the PayPal rep that sends you to the Ask Crew site with your question. They don't mention the monthly fee that automatically is taken out. They say you can cancel after the fee is paid, but, as you see, they want me to pay the $1.00 fee again. So another new subscription will be generated and charged.

Payment of $49 taken in September

Unknown to me , no record of signing up sand suspect t scam and complaint sent to email address which was not acknowledged

Repeat payment thus month

Further looking into and further information on their website inconclusive and told to refer to the seller through Paypal

Am investigating if bank can help as need to stop further payments and stop subscription

Then need to get refund

Can you help as the payments are coming through

PayPal Account Permanently Limited

My account has been permanently limited. I was sent no information about why it was limited or how I can resolve the situation. I use paypal a lot to purchase car parts. I feel I should be made aware of whatever the issue is and be allowed to explain or rectify the problem. I have tried to call and message several times and each time I am either hung up on or sent back to a bot.

Desired outcome: I would like my account reopened.

PayPal Poor customer service

PayPal really not know their own products. Trying to tell me my account has no seller tools when even giving screenshots showing clearly do. Only wanting ability to block international buyers but only full business accounts get this. Us home small sellers must risk adding shipping in own country then forced shipping internationally and scammed and pay extreme shipping charges not going to charge for intending to only ship in my country

Seller accounts with seller profile do have simple seller tools like sell on social button maker. They got 3 types accounts but customer service only reading strict personal or strict full Walmart type corporate only stuff

PayPal Funds being held with no explanation after a dispute has been resolved.

On October 1, 2022, I sold two items to a buyer in California and shipped them to him UPS. He paid me $242.00 via PayPal which held the funds pending receipt of the items by the buyer. When the items arrived, one was damaged in shipping. A claim was filed by me with UPS but the buyer filed a dispute with PayPal requesting his money back. I entered into an agreement with the buyer to refund $142.00 of the original $242.00. The dispute was settled and PayPal issued his refund. That left $100 due to me (less PayPal fee for a total of $92.47) that PayPal has continued to hold. I have made calls and been told that the funds were being released but they were not. I have spent literally hours on a PayPal 'message' board trying to get a resolution and the funds released. They continue to tell me one of two things: 1- Several different teams are working on getting the funds released or 2 - All transaction funds are held for 21 days to assure they buyer is satisfied. It has now been nearly 21 days and not only has the 'message board' quit responding to me but the telephone Customer Service will not take my calls, telling me with a recording that I should go to the Message Center! I have NEVER run across a Customer Service issue like this. AND I was a long time PayPal customer but they apparently closed out my account prior to the arrival of the funds and I had to open a new account. That is another reason they used for holding the funds, saying new customers had to prove their reliabiltiy before funds could be released.

PayPal Account Limitation

The situation is as follows, PayPal has placed a permanent limitation on my account, expressing that I had violated some policy without stating exactly what in the policy I had violated. I went through all previous statements to look for fraudulent charges nothing came up. I then contacted support staff on a phone call on October 2nd, 2022. The support staff said the system gave them no information on why my account was limited and that everything looked good. They then sent a request for a further information and a review and reversal and expressed they "typically" address the issues within a 48–72-hour period and will contact me with an email. I have received no Emails in regard to the inquiry The date is now October 9th, 2022. After resorting to a Paypal community board, other users have expressed similar issues of account limitations and bans without clause and no results after months of contacting Paypal support staff.

Payments, services and subscriptions that are linked to my Paypal personal finance account are, Coinbase digital currency Exchange, DisneyPlus, Crunchyroll, Showtime, Etsy, Coursera, Chegg, Grammarly, The Planetary society, Ebay, Airbnb. and few onetime payments to friends and various Donations to Charities. (all of which are within policy guidelines and services Paypal strictly promotes).

You can't use PayPal anymore

At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services.

Any bank or credit card information that’s linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be added to another account. You can still log in and see your account information, but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your PayPal balance will be held for up to 180 days.

After 180 days, if applicable, we’ll email you with information on how to withdraw any remaining money from your PayPal account.

Desired outcome: Desired Outcome would be PayPal to address this issue to the wider public and a reversal of these Account limitations and improve public relations.

PayPal Poor payment ability

Each month I go to make a payment 2 weeks early I try off and on for 2 weeks to make my payment the payment site will not ever work. Synchrony bank is of no help and even took the entire balance of $1200 ish from my account when I wanted to pay $500. They left me with nothing... In my account for days... They finally reimbursed me and my bank wfargo covered the one fee that was charge. Both paypal and synchrony bank suck. I was excited to use paypal - well no more I have closed my account and paid in full from a phone payment. I am very disappointed and will never use either of them again.

PayPal I can not change the phone number I don't use anymore

I have made a purchase for my brother in law one time because he does not have internet or a email. Now his phone number pops up every time, When I press the not me button it prompt me to log in to my account to go to my settings, low and behold my brother in law's number pops up again. Tell me how to get his phone number off of my account. What is PayPal customer service phone number?

PayPal My paypal account has been permanently limited.

My Paypal account was permanent at 5:24PM Philippines time. I don't know what are the exactly reasons why my account is experiencing this inconvenience, though I am the only one who using my account and I do not did some fraud activity in my account. I attached my valid details here in my Complain Paper for Paypal, Inc., to be easier for you to review my account.

Here some email messages that PayPal sent to me:

You can no longer use PayPal

After a review of your account activity, we’ve determined that you’re in violation of PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy. As a result, your account has been permanently limited and you won’t be able to conduct any further business using PayPal. This is permitted under the PayPal User Agreement sections Restricted Activities and Actions We May Take. You must remove all references to PayPal from your website(s) and/or auction(s), including removing PayPal as a payment option, the PayPal logo, and the PayPal shopping cart.

Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive funds. If you have funds in a PayPal balance, we’ll hold it for up to 180 days. These funds may be used to satisfy any obligations you may have under the User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy, including potential liabilities to third parties and to PayPal for each violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, including liquidated damages. PayPal The PayPal services being locked with no explanation..

I Timothy J. Sossong have been a member of the PayPal service's for about 17 years and have never had any problems. I have had a few emails sent to me that were fraud, but i would always call PayPal to verify with them directly and in some cases forward them the email to handle.

Then on September 21st i get an email stating this...

{{ You can no longer use PayPal. (Ref ID - PP-L-[protected]) }}

so, I log into my PayPal account and is said my account was permanently limited and could no longer use PayPal... i called PayPal and have Not gotten any answer or reasons other than i need to go over the user agreement. 1 person said it had been decided by the global team another said it was decided by computer algorithms? 1 person ask if I had sold anything? witch I replied I have never used PayPal to sell anything ever... but nobody will give me a straight reason ... So, I want answers Please? I have not to my knowledge done anything wrong and if I have, I want to know what it is...

Desired outcome: To find out what I possible did wrong, to get answers to get locked from using PayPal and restore the use of my account.

PayPal Close my account

I’ve tried for a week to close my account with PayPal. They told me to close accounts attached to PayPal first and then they would close it. I did this and they wouldn’t close. Then they told me I had accounts with Xoom, Venmo, and Honey that I needed to close first. I’ve never used these or opened accounts with them. I looked them up and they are affiliated with PayPal. When I called again, they told me that they would put a block on my account and now even I can’t get in to my account. She said they would send me an Email to let me know when they close it but it would be a while because they have to work on technical difficulties. If this is true, why didn’t they tell me that to start with. My sister tried to close hers today and they told her they would get back to her in a month and let her know the status of her account.

PayPal Bank fraud

A few years ago? Ebay and PayPal parted ways as partners, PayPal started as a charge and credit company as an online service allowing customers to charge goods and service online with payments connecting to customers bank account for payments, in which I have been using for many years now but recently they have been making some changes, Im not sure if it is new management or ownership. But now I have been getting some over charges and unwanted charges the last one is in the amount of $500.00 and the email stated that my account was charged and the money was taken out of my account.

When I finally got to talk to someone after several hang ups I had to be very forceful and blunt for them to get my funds returned. They tried to get me to open my Google browser account and let them take over my computer to generate and charge back (so they say) I did not allow anyone to access my computer fo any reason, they say they are refunding my money back to my acccount within 2 to 4 hours, I will be checking, But I thought I needed to report this action to someone of authority to help get the word out. thank you for your time. Desired outcome: I would like to know that this matter is been noted and a file is to be opened on bad business practice defrauding them and trying to scam their accounts (bank Fraud).

PayPal Transaction ID154570268K318980W 08/25/2022 - Paypal Philippines account

Transaction ID 154570268K318980W 08/25/2022 - I used my Paypal Philippines acount to pay another Paypal Philippines account. What Paypal did was, they converted my peso payment to USD then converted it in pesos for my recipient. The transaction is for 67,225 pesos, I was charged 72,032.10 pesos. I called Global Paypal customer service [protected] and spoke with Blanche (representative ID1570306), Julie (supervisor ID 47921) and Lester (manager ID41196). All three of them have this monotonous voice. All I heard from them was they can't do anything about my issue. Paypal took extra 4800 pesos from me. The transaction was manipulated. A transaction in pesos converted to US currency then converted again to pesos. It should have been a simple transaction in pesos. they also claimed that I set up my account in USD. I never set that up. I used paypal.ph website and used a Philippines bank card. Is this how Paypal protect their customers? Also, Paypal can't even provide an email address to escalate my concern.

Desired outcome: i want the 4800 pesos to be returned to my Paypal account.

PayPal Stop charging me and reverse the bill of around $1490.00 in which I've NEVER used this year.

Good afternoon, I'm trying to dispute a bill of $1490.00 in which I haven't bought or charged anything. My bank account was compromised because I was getting charges on my my statement that I I did not recognize or authorize. I had contacted Pay Pal with no luck. I had to freeze my bank account with Bank of America and get another account #. I haven't used Pay Pal all year, So I don't know what to do? I have reported it to the fraud department of Bank of America and Pay Pal. I have received emails throughout this year that they were going to freeze my Pay Pal account because of suspicious activity and I emailed back Pay Pal and let them know it's not me and cancel my Pay Pal account, because I never use Pay Pal. I'm a Amazon guy when I purchase.

PayPal The shopping experiences

I am disabled, elderly man on a fixed income and a friend puts money on my PayPal to cover the charges to have food delivered.

When I only received a few items of my order, I tried finding help only which is kind of hidden, then I called and they refunded the order, but I won't get my PayPal funds refunded for days.

I didn't get most of the food items I order.

Not only was that dinner for tonight, but for the week.

I figure the loophole is that shoppers are looking at the items to shop for then, getting a free meal, while old, poor, elderly people pay for it.

Granted, if they are hungry, I would have shared, but they took all I had for now until I get my funds restored to PayPal.

I spent over $30.

If that doesn't get refunded or even if it does, this may be HEADLINE NEWS worthy.

Instacart has a market capital of $39 billion!

They didn't even offer to send a different shopper.

Well in this case, since you can't determine what to do for loyal customers that explain what happened and since the refund does NOTHING for being able to shop until my PayPal funds are replaced and that could be a 3-day inconvenience as I need that in order to shop anywhere else.

I am disabled.

Just in case it didn't enter your mind,

When the Instacart phone representative said that the person would lose their job, it occurred to me that they are telling a person capable of stealing that they don' have a job and they will know who the person is that complained, and I hope they don't retaliate.

Desired outcome: .Back in my day when a company with a profit margin such as yours didn't know what to do, then attorney's let them know what to do, or the local news and then the public let them know.
