WARNING! CON ARTISTS, NCODED Communications, LLC. READ BELOW!
I am a freelance web designer/developer who was hired by NCODED Communications, LLC to build their company website and create their logo branding. I began this project in November 2018. Since that time, I have been working on this project while consistently maintaining communication via conference calls and emails with Peter Rung, CEO of NCODED and
Dennis D'Amico, President of NCODED. In our communications, we discussed the project content and progress, as well as the agreed upon payment due for my hard work. To date, April 24,2019, I have yet to receive any payment for all the hard work I have completed despite sending several invoices.
NCODED has succeeded in manipulating me into believing I will receive my payment by making statements via email like "we sent $1,000 deposit" and "payment is being processed". Due to the considerable amount of time that has passed since the onset of this project, not to mention lack of payment, I was forced to take legal action. My attorney composed a letter and sent it to NCODED on April 12,2019 stating full payment was to be received at my law firm by April 26,2019. Still, NCODED did not send payment.
Based on my experience, and the experiences of others who have dealt with NCODED, it is obvious this company cannot be trusted. They have proven they do not follow through on their promises and are not true to their word, very unethical individuals. NCODED twists the truth, creates their own reality, and makes false accusations to justify their unscrupulous behaviors. Clearly, they feel entitled to receive services free of charge. Their business ethics are questionable, at best, and any dealings with this company is HIGHLY NOT recommended. I just want to warn others before getting involved in something you will absolutely regret!
Cancelation of subscription
I had a subscription for one year that auto-renewed as of November 20, 2023. On that day, I canceled my subscription online so I wouldn't be charged as I did not use the previous year's subscription. The online cancelation did not take effect and they charged me for another year at $415.00. I emailed a request to cancel and reverse the charge and they refused stating that it is in their terms and conditions. This email exchange took place on November 22, 2023, only 2 days after the renewal charge occurred. They would not acknowledge my online cancelation the day of November 20 nor would they reverse the charges.
Claimed loss: $415.00
Desired outcome: Refund
Bloomberg LP Review: Great Currency News, but Navigation Can Be Overwhelming
Bloomberg LP is a website that has a lot of information on it. Sometimes, it can be hard to find what you're looking for because there is so much stuff on there. I don't really care about most of it, and it hurts my eyes to look at it all. But I do like to check out the currency news. It's important to me to know what's going on with money around the world. Sometimes, though, it's hard to find the currency news on Bloomberg. I wish it was easier to find.

Bloomberg LP Review: Great for Business News, but Beware of British Hosts
Bloomberg LP is a website that is pretty cool. They got lots of news and stuff about business and finance. I like to check it out sometimes to see what's going on in the world. But sometimes I don't really understand what they're talking about. They use big words and stuff that I don't know. But I guess that's just because I'm not a finance person.
One thing I don't like about Bloomberg is that they have these British people on their TV channel sometimes. I don't really like their accents and they seem to think they're better than everyone else. But I don't think they're that smart. Sorry, British people.
Overall, I think Bloomberg is a good website if you're into business and finance. But if you don't know much about that stuff, it might be a little confusing. And watch out for those British hosts!
Mixed feelings about Bloomberg's website: Great content, frustrating experience with free article offer
I was pretty disappointed with my experience on Bloomberg's website. They say that if you make an account, you can read one article for free. But when I tried to do that, it didn't work. I made an account and tried to read an article, but the website wouldn't let me. It was pretty frustrating.
Despite that, I have to say that Bloomberg is a pretty good source for news and information. They cover a wide range of topics, from business and finance to politics and technology. And they have some really great journalists and writers who produce high-quality content.
One thing I really like about Bloomberg is their data and analytics. They have a lot of tools and resources that can help you understand the markets and make informed decisions. And their charts and graphs are really well-designed and easy to read.
Overall, I think Bloomberg is a solid choice for anyone who wants to stay informed about what's happening in the world of business and finance. Just be aware that their free article offer might not actually work.
Bloomberg LP: Spreading Fake News with a Left-Wing Agenda
Bloomberg LP is a company that I have some strong opinions about. I gotta say, they seem to be spreading a lot of fake news. It's like they have a total left wing agenda and they're just reporting things that are completely untrue and ridiculous. I mean, come on, can we really trust the media these days? Bloomberg is definitely not helping their case. They need to stop with all this biased reporting and start telling the truth for once. It's really frustrating to see such a big company spreading lies like this. I say, piss off fake news!
Bloomberg LP: Unethical Billing Practices and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Bloomberg LP. I was watching their online TV program and reading their stories, but then I noticed that they were taking 39.99 a month from my debit card without my permission! I complained to their accounts department, but they totally ignored me. I mean, come on, that's just not cool. I asked for a refund and didn't even get a response. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I wouldn't recommend using their services if you don't want to get ripped off.
Bloomberg.com: Overwhelmed by Pop-ups and Ads, Lacks Focus on Quality News
Bloomberg LP (bloomberg.com) is a website that has a lot of popups and ads. It's hard to read an article without being bombarded by them. It seems like they care more about making money for their shareholders than putting out quality news. It would be nice if they could focus more on providing good content and less on spamming their readers with ads.
Bloomberg.com: A Valuable Resource for Business Insights and Ideas
Bloomberg.com is a really good website. It connects big people who make big decisions to a lot of information, people, and ideas. I like it because it helps me with my business. The information about business and money is really good and it helps me make better decisions. I learn a lot of new things about business and I get ideas for new things to do.
Bloomberg LP Review: Reliable Financial News & Information, Frustrating Customer Service
I recently signed up for Bloomberg LP's service because I heard their Internet speeds were pretty good. However, I must warn you that if you have an urgent need for their service, you might end up feeling totally frustrated with their automated robotic answering system. It takes forever to get connected to an agent, if you should need one. It seems like someone over there came up with this idea of "inefficient efficiency" and it's not working out well for them. If you're looking for guaranteed frustration, then this is the place to call.
Despite the frustrating customer service experience, I have to admit that Bloomberg LP's website (bloomberg.com) is pretty impressive. They have a lot of useful information on there, especially if you're interested in finance and business news. I find myself checking their website almost every day to stay up-to-date on the latest market trends and economic news.
One thing I really appreciate about Bloomberg LP is their commitment to providing accurate and reliable information. They have a team of experienced journalists and analysts who work hard to ensure that their news coverage is fair and unbiased. I also like that they offer a wide range of financial tools and data, which can be really helpful if you're trying to make informed investment decisions.
Overall, I would say that Bloomberg LP is a solid choice if you're looking for a reliable source of financial news and information. Just be prepared to deal with some frustrating customer service if you ever need to contact them.
Bloomberg LP: Lackluster News Content and Poor Customer Service
Bloomberg LP is a website that provides news content to its users. The news content is okay, but it's not the best. However, what makes Bloomberg LP stand out is their customer service, or rather, their lack of it. They are only interested in getting you to subscribe to their service for a year, and then they increase the price in the second year without any warning. They don't care if you are unhappy with their service, as long as they have taken your money. This is a very short-sighted business model, and it's not fair to the customers who are paying for the service. It's important for companies to value their customers and provide good customer service, but Bloomberg LP seems to be more interested in making money than keeping their customers happy.
