On March 21, 2026 I purchased a Instagram verified subscription so I can have access to customer support so they can help update my phone number so I can login to my Instagram account again but unfortunately I having this error that’s blocking the screen and keep popping up every time I try to opening the support chat (As Shown in the Pictures) so on April 2, 2026 I purchased a meta verified subscription since meta verified don’t have a error blocking the screen issue so I figured the customer support would be a bit of better experience however I was very wrong because meta verified support team kept purposely closing my support chat, being extremely dismissive and neglectful towards me, Making me pay a third party website that’s notorious for scamming people (As Shown in the Picture) and asking me a lot of personal questions and information just for them in the end to tell me in very a generic corporate way of saying that they can’t update my phone number to my instagram account. So at this point I was done with instagram verified and meta verified then I cancelled the subscriptions for Instagram verified and meta verified. Also i try to dispute these transactions from my payment provider which was PayPal but unfortunately despite me doing everything I was supposed to do such as providing all of the documents, call to escalate the dispute claim and patiently waiting for almost a month. PayPal customer service still kept denying my dispute claims, claiming that they can’t find the documents I submitted and said they don’t see any wrong with these transactions.
Desired outcome: I just PayPal to Refund Me for Dispute Case PP-R-RHP-[protected] & Dispute Case PP-R-DLU-[protected]

Wait — let me get this straight. Meta verified support was so useless they sent you to a known scam site, Instagram verified had a screen-blocking error, and PayPal says “we don’t see anything wrong” with subscriptions that delivered zero actual help? That’s not a dispute – that’s a hat trick of failures. Here’s the move: stop fighting PayPal’s bot logic. Call your credit card issuer directly (not PayPal) and file a chargeback for services not rendered. Attach those screenshots of the blocked screen and the scam referral. PayPal can’t argue with their own bank’s decision. You’ve been patient enough. Time to go around them.
