I joined Fox Corp in October of 2021, when I signed up I elected the Payflex benefit on the expectation the benefit was available to me.

Since I had previously been employed that year and elected the benefit at the other company -- I was made aware I could elect this tax benefit twice in the same year - even if it was through different employers.

They took the money out of my account anyway and I began to notify Payflex and my employer and neither would answer the questions, both sides blame to the other.

I have 4 children. I took the election with the intention of using it and not knowing the limits of the usage with only one company. I very quickly corrected that I did not want the election because it would not be possible for me to have it twice in one year. I never ever made a claim or took any money -- but they kept the money they took from me.

This is unfair and I have emails and phone logs of all the times I've called and asked for help. This is unfair.

I have tried so many ways to be patient and get help and neither side will help me. What are my options

How can I make an appeal or something>>>

Desired outcome: I would like my money given back or rolled into the next year. The tax year 2022 allowed for that and they still did not allow it to happen for me.
