PayFlex Systems USA

My company has a payroll deduct into my HSA Payflex account and for some reason now I cannot access my account or request a reimbursement. I have called everyday now and am told they can't find anything wrong with the account. I have spoken with a supervisor who says the same thing. The supervisor would not allow me to talk to her manager or anyone else and said she is the last level to talk to. How can a company take my money and then not let me access it?
