I bought two glasses from Patriot's Cave on November 26th and I've been trying to get in touch with them several times. Finally, I received a response and they told me that because I ordered during Thanksgiving weekend, my product might not be shipped until December 14th. But guess what? It still hasn't been shipped. This company is just terrible. I'm going to dispute the charges.
Terrible shipping, poor quality, wasted money - won't buy again!
I'm really disappointed with this company. I placed my order on 12/19/20, but the shipping was all wrong. The company refused to change it, which really frustrated me. To make matters worse, I had placed two orders, and they both arrived today. The quality of the products is just terrible. The design is so faint that you can hardly see it, and it's also crooked, not like how it was pictured on the website. I feel like I wasted $70 on this purchase, and I definitely won't be buying from this company again.

On December 5, 2020, I made an order for 6 whisky glasses from Patriot's Cave, with the promise of guaranteed delivery by Christmas. However, to my dismay, it wasn't until December 23 that they finally packaged my order! Can you believe it? They actually mailed it out AFTER Christmas! I was so frustrated with their poor service that I ended up canceling my order. I had high hopes for Patriot's Cave, especially since they were recommended by a friend who knew about my husband's passion for collecting whiskey glasses. But this experience left me feeling extremely disappointed. Needless to say, I won't be giving them another chance.

This company is the absolute worst I've ever had to deal with, and their customer service is just terrible. I placed an order for my glasses a whole two weeks before Christmas, and I even paid extra for shipping to ensure they would arrive on time. But guess what? They won't be here in time, and it's not because they're out of stock or anything like that. They gave me some lame excuse about "processing time." Seriously, how long does it take to put three glasses in a box and ship them out?!?!? I swear, I will never, ever use this company again. This company doesn't fulfill their promises, and when I filed a dispute with PayPal, all of a sudden they had my items! It took them over 3 weeks just to ship my items. Their website says they cannot provide ship dates, and I know why. It's because they don't have any of their products. This company really sucks, and I will never buy from them again!

To my surprise, my order hadn't even been processed yet, and it's already December 21st! I understand that there can be problems, but it would have been nice if they had communicated that to me. I'm really disappointed with this experience, and I don't think I'll be using this company again. They've lost me as a customer.
Unprofessional Customer Service and Lengthy Refund Process - Stay Far Away
It took like, forever, man, like a whole three weeks for them to process my order, you know? I mean, I had to email them twice and even do a chat with their so-called "customer service," but they just closed the chat on me, can you believe that? So frustrating, dude.
But get this, right after I asked for a refund, they suddenly created a shipping label, like out of nowhere. And guess what? They were all like, "Sorry, bro, we can't process your refund until you return the items." Seriously, man, what a bunch of amateurs. And get this, they had the audacity to tell me that it would take another two weeks after they receive the items to process the refund. Like, are you kidding me?
Let me tell you, this company is a total joke. I mean, their customer service is so unprofessional, it's not even funny. They need to get their act together, man. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Stay away, folks, stay far away.
Extremely Disappointed with Order Processing and Customer Service
I placed an order for 4 glasses on December 1st, and it's still stuck in the confirmation stage. I contacted them earlier this week, and they said it would take 5-7 days to process. Well, it's been 18 days now. If my product doesn't arrive before Christmas, I'll have to dispute it with my credit card company because I haven't received it yet.
It's a real shame because they actually have some nice products. However, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Their customer service is just not up to par.

Disappointing Experience with Patriot's Cave: Poor Service and Incorrect Order
I strongly advise against making any purchases from this particular company, Patriot's Cave. My experience with them was extremely disappointing. On December 9, 2020, I placed an order for 2 whiskey glasses and 4 masks. To my dismay, when I received the package on December 26, the masks were completely different from what I had actually ordered. It was a complete mix-up! The whiskey glasses, fortunately, were acceptable.
I specifically requested a mask that boldly stated, "THIS MASK IS AS USELESS AS OUR GOVERNOR." However, what I received instead was a mask that said, "MASKING UNDER PROTEST." Can you believe it? I was utterly confused and frustrated. In an attempt to resolve this issue, I reached out to the company through numerous emails and messages on their social media pages. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I have not received a single reply from them. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. It's beyond disappointing.
Now, I am left with no choice but to dispute the charges with my bank. It's such a hassle and inconvenience. I can't help but feel let down by Patriot's Cave. It's truly disheartening to encounter such poor service and lack of communication. I hope others can learn from my experience and avoid any similar frustrations.
