KimKaps Great Site!

I ordered several caps from this company because I work in surgery and have to wear them everyday. The costumer service is amazing, they were willing to even switch out some of the caps when I changed my mind. My purchase came very quickly and my caps are absolutely beautiful. This company is not a scam and I highly recommend you purchase from them!

KimKaps Warning: Terrible Customer Service and Scam Alert - Avoid KimKaps at All Costs

Yo, listen up! I gotta warn ya about KimKaps. Their customer service is straight up trash. I ordered three caps like a month ago and still haven't gotten them. I hit them up with an email and they didn't even bother to respond. So, I asked for a refund and guess what? They still haven't given me my money back. I tried calling them, but they never pick up the phone. Don't waste your time or money with these guys, they're a total scam. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. And you know what? I'm gonna report them to the Better Business Bureau too. Stay away from KimKaps, folks.

KimKaps Disappointing Experience with KimKaps: Fabric Package Not Received or Acknowledged

So, I wanted to get some custom caps made and I found KimKaps online. I thought it would be a good idea to send them some fabric that I had lying around so that they could make the caps out of it. I used USPS to send the package and I made sure to get tracking so that I could keep an eye on it.

It's been about a week since the package was delivered to KimKaps and I haven't heard anything from them. I sent them two emails asking if they received the package, but they haven't responded. I'm starting to get a little worried because I don't want to lose the fabric that I sent them.

I don't know what's going on with KimKaps, but it seems like they don't have any record of receiving my package. I'm not sure if it got lost in the mail or if they just haven't gotten around to processing it yet. Either way, it's frustrating that they haven't responded to my emails.

On the bright side, at least they haven't cashed the check that I included in the package. That would have been a real headache if they had cashed it and then lost the fabric.

Overall, I'm not too happy with my experience with KimKaps so far. I hope they get back to me soon and let me know what's going on with my package.

KimKaps Poor Customer Service and Delayed Exchanges at KimKaps

I bought some scrub hats from KimKaps about a year ago, but I've been having trouble returning or exchanging them. I've sent a bunch of emails asking for help, but I was just told to email my exchange options. It's been over three months now and I still haven't received my new hats. I've sent even more emails asking about the delay, but I haven't gotten any response at all. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone.

I'm really disappointed with my experience with KimKaps. I placed my order over two months ago and I still haven't received anything. I've been emailing them back and forth for weeks, but every time they tell me that my order is shipping soon. It's been so frustrating because they've had $110 of my money since September 20th! KimKaps Unreliable and Untrustworthy: My Disappointing Experience with KimKaps

So, I gotta say, I'm not too happy with my experience with KimKaps. I was really excited to get my order, but it never came. I reached out to Kimberley Larson, the owner, and she tried to tell me that she had already sent it. But I know for a fact that I never got it! When I confronted her about it, she told me some story about the fabric being delayed. I mean, come on, that's just a bunch of baloney!

Anyway, she said she would give me a refund instead, which I was okay with. But it's been two months now, and I still haven't seen a dime! I've been trying to get in touch with her, but she's been ignoring my messages. It's really frustrating, you know? I just wanted some cute caps for work, and now I'm out of money and still don't have any caps!

So, my advice to you is to stay away from KimKaps. Kimberley Larson is not to be trusted! She took my money and gave me nothing but headaches in return. Don't make the same mistake I did!

I've been copping KimKaps for almost three years now (and let me tell you, I look fly as hell in 'em!) and I ain't never had a problem with my orders. KimKaps Positive Experience with KimKaps: High-Quality Caps and Excellent Customer Service

My experience with kimscaps.com was totally different from what I read on this website. I must say that I was a bit hesitant to place an order after reading some negative reviews, but I decided to give it a try anyway. I placed an order for two caps on Friday afternoon, January 7, 2014. I was a bit scared to order three caps, so I decided to go with two.

To my surprise, my caps arrived in my mailbox on Thursday, January 13, 2014. I was so excited to see them and couldn't wait to wear them to work. The caps were beautiful and stunning, and I received many compliments from my colleagues in the operating room.

I don't know if things have changed since the negative reviews were posted, but my dealings with this company were awesome. I am so glad that I decided to give them a chance. Thank you, KimKaps, for providing me with such wonderful caps. I will definitely be ordering from you again in the future.

There were a couple of spelling and grammar errors in the reviews I read, but I didn't notice any in my dealings with the company. The caps were of high quality and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend KimKaps to anyone looking for beautiful and stylish caps for work or play.

KimKaps Poor Customer Service Experience with KimKaps - Would Not Recommend

I gotta say, my experience with KimKaps was not great. I had to exchange a surgical cap I got, and Kim told me to send her a text that mentioned my name and the one that I wanted to exchange. So, I did that, but then I never heard back from her. I tried calling her two phone numbers every week to get the exchange process going, but I never got hold of her. It's been a whole month since I first contacted Kim, and I still haven't received the cap I wanted.

I was getting pretty frustrated, so I decided to contact PayPal to get a refund. I mean, if they're not going to call me back or send me the cap I requested, what else am I supposed to do? It's not like I've never purchased anything from Kim before - I haven't, and neither have any of my co-workers. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They're just not very professional.

Honestly, I was really disappointed with the customer service. I mean, if you're going to sell products online, you need to be able to provide good customer service. It's just common sense. I don't know if Kim was just too busy or what, but it's not like I was asking for anything unreasonable. I just wanted to exchange a cap for a different one. Is that too much to ask?

Anyway, I wouldn't recommend KimKaps to anyone. If you're looking for surgical caps, there are plenty of other companies out there that provide better customer service. Don't waste your time with this one.

KimKaps Positive Experience with KimKaps: Quality Hats and Top-Notch Customer Service

I gotta say, I don't get all the negative talk about KimKaps. I've been ordering hats from her for the past three years and have had mostly positive experiences. Sure, there was one time when there was an error with my order, but Kim was quick to resolve the issue and even offered me another hat for the inconvenience. That's pretty good customer service in my book.

One thing I really like about KimKaps is that she changes up her fabrics often. It keeps things fresh and interesting, unlike some other sites that seem to have the same old stuff all the time. However, as someone who lives in Canada, the constant fabric changes can also be a bit frustrating. Shipping can be crazy expensive, so I like to order a bunch of hats at once to save on costs. But when a new fabric comes out, it's tempting to order right away and then I end up paying more for shipping. It would be great if Kim could hold onto my order until there are a few hats to ship together, so I can save on shipping costs.

Overall, though, I've had good experiences with KimKaps. The hats are great quality and the customer service is top-notch. In fact, I think I should be her Canadian distributor!

KimKaps Surprised by Negative Reviews: My Positive Experience with KimKaps!

I gotta say, I'm pretty surprised by all the negative reviews I've seen about KimKaps. Personally, I've had nothing but good experiences with them! I used to only wear those boring old blue bouffants, but when I started at a new job where everyone wore fun scrub caps, I knew I had to get in on the action. Most people at my workplace wear blue sky, but their prices seemed a little steep to me. That's when I noticed one of my coworkers wearing a KimKap, and I thought it looked super cute. So, I decided to check out the website for myself.

Let me tell you, I was not disappointed. Not only were the prices lower than what I had seen elsewhere, but they also offered free shipping! I was definitely willing to give it a try. And boy, am I glad I did. My first cap arrived in just two days, and I loved it so much that I ended up ordering four more caps (in three separate orders, because why not? With free shipping, there's no reason not to indulge yourself!). And every time, the shipping was super fast.

Now, I will say that there was one mixup with one of my orders. They accidentally sent me the wrong style of cap. But when I called to let them know, Kim herself answered the phone! And when I followed up with an email, I got a reply within 12 hours. They sent me the correct cap right away, told me to keep the one they sent by mistake, and even included another free cap as a bonus! I mean, if that's not incredible customer service, I don't know what is.

As for the caps themselves, they're really well made and comfortable. My favorites are the ones with a contrast fabric. I can wear style 4 and 8 with my hair in a bun, and style 6 with my hair in a low bun. And I've washed them in the laundry machine several times without any problems.

All in all, I'm really happy with my KimKaps experience, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again whenever they come out with cute new fabrics.

So, I recently made a purchase from KimKaps and I must say, I am quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered my products on February 23rd and it has been quite some time now, but I have not received my order yet. I have tried to reach out to the company through various means such as text, email, and even Facebook, but I have not received any response from them. It is quite frustrating because I have spent a total of $120 on my order and I have not received any updates on my package.

Moreover, the tracking number that was provided to me does not even work. I have tried to track my package multiple times, but it always shows an error message. I feel like I have been scammed and I am quite upset about it. I have never experienced such poor customer service before.

I am planning to take some action against this company. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and also to PayPal. I hope that this will help me get my money back or at least get some answers from the company.

KimKaps Unreliable and Unresponsive: My Disappointing Experience with KimKaps

I am so disappointed with KimKaps. I ordered from them on March 11th, 2013 and I still haven't received my order. I've tried calling them multiple times and even sent them a few texts, but I haven't heard back from them. It's frustrating because I was really looking forward to getting my order.

To make matters worse, they've blocked me from leaving comments on their Facebook page. I think they're trying to hide the fact that they're a scam. It's not fair to their customers who are just trying to get the products they paid for.

I would not recommend KimKaps to anyone. They're unreliable and unresponsive. It's a shame because I've heard good things about their products, but I can't speak to that since I never received my order. Save yourself the hassle and order from a different company.

So, I gotta tell ya, I was pretty excited to find KimKaps last year when I was looking for some new caps for work.
