I'm not one to try new things, especially when it comes to online shopping from overseas. But I decided to take a chance and order a 3D hoodie from SaiyanStuff with eco shipping. I live in Texas, so I was a bit nervous about how long it would take to arrive. To my surprise, it only took two weeks!

When I received the hoodie, I was impressed with the level of detail and quality. I had purchased it as a gift, but unfortunately, they sent a size smaller than what I had ordered. I was a bit disappointed, but I decided to reach out to their customer service team to see if they could help.

I spoke with a representative named Daisy, who was incredibly kind and understanding. She apologized for the mistake and assured me that they would do everything they could to resolve the issue. I really appreciated her empathy and willingness to help.

In the end, SaiyanStuff was able to send me the correct size, and my gift recipient was thrilled with their new hoodie. I truly believe that the kindness and helpfulness of their customer service team made all the difference. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future.

I recently bought a Dragon Ball shirt from SaiyanStuff for my brother's birthday. I was a bit worried about the delivery time, which was stated to be up to 30 days, so I ordered it a month in advance just to be safe. The package finally arrived yesterday, which is two weeks before my brother's birthday, and I have to say that I am really impressed with the quality of the shirt.

The design of the shirt is unique and unlike any other Dragon Ball shirts that I have seen on other websites. The print on the shirt is also really well done and looks great. I am sure that my brother will absolutely love it when he receives it on his birthday. Thank you, SaiyanStuff, for providing such a great product!

I also want to give a shoutout to their customer support team. They were really patient with me and answered all of my questions before and after I made my purchase. It is clear that they really care about their customers and want to make sure that they are satisfied with their products. I will definitely be buying more from SaiyanStuff in the future, maybe even for myself this time!

So, I decided to give Saiyan Stuff a try and ordered a t-shirt from them back in December. I was pretty excited to receive my order and eagerly waited for my confirmation email. Finally, after a few days, I received my confirmation email and was happy to see that my order was on its way.

However, things started to go downhill from there. I received a tracking number 11 days later, which was a bit of a bummer. I kept a close eye on the tracking number and saw that my shirt was bouncing around from different ports in China. It was a bit frustrating to see that my shirt was taking so long to arrive.

Finally, in March, my shirt got stuck at Hangzhou centre, where it still is to this day. I reached out to Saiyan Stuff to see what was going on, and they told me that "due to their policies, I must report any problem with my order 60 days after my order has been shipped, and there is nothing they can do."

I was pretty disappointed to hear this, as this little policy was not mentioned anywhere on their confirmation email. I had to go to their website and look under the facts tab to find this information. It was a bit frustrating to see that they were not upfront about this policy.

Overall, I would not recommend purchasing anything from Saiyan Stuff. Their customer service is lacking, and their policies are not transparent. If you're looking for a reliable online store, I would suggest looking elsewhere. BEWARE!

I spent a whopping 80 bucks on a pair of shoes from SaiyanStuff, but to my dismay, I never got them. I was eagerly waiting for my package to arrive, and I even tracked it all the way to the post office. But when I went to collect it, the post office told me that the tracking number was fake! Can you believe it? I was so disappointed and frustrated.

I immediately contacted SaiyanStuff to ask for a refund or a resend, but they were not helpful at all. They blamed me for the wrong address, even though I had proof that the address was 100% correct. I even showed them the screenshot of the tracking information, but they refused to take any responsibility for their mistake.

To make matters worse, the post office destroyed the package because SaiyanStuff refused to receive it back. I was so angry and upset that I had to pay $17 more dollars if I wanted a new pair reshipped, even though I had proof that I never received the first one. It was so selfish and unhelpful of them.

I ordered the shoes in December 2021, and it's now May 2022, and I still haven't received my package. I am so disappointed with SaiyanStuff's customer service and their lack of responsibility. I will not recommend this place to anyone, and I will make sure to spread the word on social media about how terrible my experience was.

I ordered four shirts from SaiyanStuff and it took over a month for them to ship. I understand that the virus crisis may have caused some delays, so I'm not too upset about that. However, when I finally received my package, only one shirt was sent. I never received the other three shirts that I ordered.

When I was placing my order, I asked about sizing and provided my measurements to customer service. They recommended a size that was too large for me. The size chart on their website is not accurate at all. The print and stitch quality of the shirt that I did receive is poor. There are little white areas where the print didn't adhere properly and the stitching is bunched up around the neckline. Even when I asked about sizing, customer service was not helpful and gave me misleading information.

It's no surprise that SaiyanStuff doesn't offer refunds or exchanges. They are selling cheap products at premium prices and taking advantage of their customers. After I inquired about the lack of quality and the missing items from my order, my original order information was deleted and all tracking information was removed. This was never updated before that anyway.

I wasted over $120 on this store and I don't recommend anyone else to do the same. The attached photo shows the poor quality of the shirt that I did receive, along with my original order confirmation and an error page when I tried to access my order and tracking information.

I recently bought the "Kid Goku Holding 4 Star Dragon Ball" bed set from SaiyanStuff and was pretty excited to receive it. The delivery was pretty quick, only took two weeks, which was awesome. However, when I opened the package, I was disappointed to see that the print on the sheets and pillow cases was deformed. It looked like the image was stretched vertically, making Goku and the ball look squashed from the sides and also very pixelated. It was not a pleasant sight to see in person. I'm guessing this is due to the printing staff's incompetence.

I immediately contacted their customer service to complain and requested a replacement or a refund as the print was clearly defective. But to my surprise, they refused and made a laughable excuse that the images on their site are "for illustrative purposes only". This is not the case as I don't have a problem with the image colors or the print size, but with the distorted shape of the actual print. It was a clear case of a defective product.

I would advise anyone not to buy from this place as they sell low-quality items with poor prints. Their customer service is uncooperative and will do anything to shake off responsibility and save a few miserable dollars. I have uploaded images and all my correspondence with them to my Google Drive, so that anyone can see and judge for themselves. You can compare these images with the image of the product on their site. The blur on the pic with Goku's mouth is from the print itself (yes, it is that bad).

They even tried to bribe me with a coupon for a discount on my next purchase, but I blew them off, of course. And so should you.

By the way, the "reviews" on their site are manipulated. They won't post a review below 3 stars. I tried posting the exact same review there, but it wasn't published. It's pretty clear that they are cheap and low scammers.

I was really excited to find SaiyanStuff's website because they advertised faster shipping, which was perfect for my Christmas gift needs. I ordered an item a month before I needed it and over a month before Christmas. However, after two weeks of waiting, my item had not even been shipped out yet. I decided to email them to inquire about the status of my order. They assured me that it would arrive in time, but my tracking never changed. I stayed in communication with them, but they kept blaming the couriers - first USPS, then UPS. The only tracking information I had was for USPS, so I called both couriers and submitted complaints. To my surprise, both couriers reached out to me. USPS said they never received the package from the original sender, while UPS said they did not have any information at all about this package or anything under my name. I tried many "tracking codes" that I received, but none of them worked. Only the USPS one worked.

After much communication with the company, I sent a resolution email requesting a replacement and full refund, not including the shipping costs. However, they denied any resolution and said they had already told me who had my package (UPS). So, 16 days after the promised date, 10 days after the date I most needed it, and 4 days after Christmas, the package was still not here.

The company has no idea where it is and blames the couriers, while the couriers have no idea where it is and blame the company. The company has offered no solutions and now no resolution. They lied to me in the initial email when I was concerned about it not being shipped out yet because they were afraid I'd cancel my order. If they had been honest with me, I would have cancelled my order and found another gift for my nephew elsewhere.

Overall, my experience with SaiyanStuff was terrible. Their advertising on their website is a lie, their customer service lies, and they are disorganized. The company is based in China, but the person I have been in contact with is in the Philippines. He told me he can't even help me contact the couriers because the call would cost him too much money. It all seems very sketchy and sad.

If you're looking for a reliable online shop, I suggest shopping on Etsy instead.

So, I decided to give SaiyanStuff a try and ordered a skin for my PS4. I was pretty excited about it and patiently waited for it to arrive. However, it took a bit longer than I expected. I placed my order on October 9th, 2018 and just received it in the mail today, November 15th, 2018.

I have to admit, I was pretty frustrated with the delay. I mean, who wants to wait over a month for something they ordered online? But, I have to say, the skin itself is pretty cool. It fits my PS4 perfectly and looks great.

Despite the delay, I don't think I'll be reporting SaiyanStuff or trying to get their website taken down. I mean, mistakes happen and sometimes things take longer than expected. Plus, the product itself is good quality and I'm happy with my purchase.

Overall, I would recommend SaiyanStuff to others, but just be aware that it may take a bit longer than expected to receive your order.

So, I bought a phone case from SaiyanStuff and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The quality was super bad, like really bad. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The phone case didn't even come as it was shown on the website. It was supposed to be a protective case, but it didn't even do that job properly. My phone ended up getting scratched and damaged. It was a total waste of money and I regret buying it. If you're thinking about buying something from SaiyanStuff, I would suggest you think twice before doing so. It was a really awful experience and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through it.

But the real kicker was when I opened the package and realized that the item didn't match the description on the website. I was pretty disappointed, to say the least. And to add insult to injury, I had to pay another delivery fee on top of the one I already paid to them. What a complete waste of time and money!

Overall, I wouldn't recommend SaiyanStuff to anyone. The long wait time and inaccurate product description just isn't worth it. Save yourself the trouble and find a better online store to shop at.

So, I ordered two training vests from SaiyanStuff and boy was I disappointed. The vests looked like they were made from heavily pixelated and stretched jpgs. The color was also way off from what was shown on the website. I mean, come on SaiyanStuff, what's up with that? And to top it off, the product arrived later than expected. I spent 50 euros on these vests and it was a complete waste of money. I don't think I'll be using SaiyanStuff again anytime soon.

The hoodie I ordered was supposed to be a certain color but it came in a completely different shade. So, me and my mother in law, we spent like $300 bucks last Christmas on SaiyanStuff for my hubby's gifts. But, guess what? We never got all of our stuff even though we got billed for them.
