Parts People Impressive Selection, Reasonable Prices, and Excellent Customer Service from Parts People

So I went to Parts People (parts-people.com) to see if they could help me out. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with their selection of parts. They had all kinds of stuff for all kinds of machines. And the prices were pretty reasonable too.

Anyway, I found the backlit keyboard I was after and ordered it. It arrived pretty quickly, which was nice. But when I installed it, I still had the same problem. No workie.

I was pretty frustrated at this point, but I decided to give Parts People a call and see if they could help me out. The guy I talked to was really friendly and helpful. He asked me a bunch of questions about my machine and the keyboard, and then he suggested a few things I could try.

Long story short, I was able to get the keyboard working thanks to the guy at Parts People. I gotta say, I was really impressed with their customer service. They went above and beyond to help me out, and I really appreciate it.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Parts People to anyone looking for computer parts. They've got a great selection, reasonable prices, and excellent customer service. Just make sure you double-check that the part you're ordering is compatible with your machine!

Parts People Decent Source for Laptop Parts: My Experience with Parts People

Parts People is a pretty good website to get your laptop parts from. I ordered a lid hinge from them and it came in a timely manner. However, when I got it, one of the hinges wasn't working. But, I was able to replace it with one of my old hinges that was still functional. It was a bit of a bummer that I had to do that, but at least I had a spare hinge laying around. Overall, I would say that Parts People is a decent place to get your laptop parts from.

Parts People Parts People sent me the wrong battery for my laptop - frustrating experience

I was pretty ticked off when I got my package from Parts People. I ordered a new laptop battery for my Dell Inspiron and they sent me one for a totally different model. Like, what the heck, man? I double-checked the website and I know for sure I clicked on the right one. It had a picture and everything. But nope, they still messed it up.

I had to call customer service to get it sorted out. The lady on the phone was nice enough, but it took forever to get through to her. And then she had to transfer me to someone else who could actually help me. It was a whole thing.

Anyway, they finally sent me the right battery and it seems to be working fine. But I'm still pretty annoyed that I had to go through all that trouble. I don't think I'll be ordering from Parts People again anytime soon.

Parts People Mixed Experience with Parts People: Correct Part, Wrong Cable Length, No Response from Customer Service

So, I recently ordered a replacement power jack from Parts People (parts-people.com) for my laptop. The good news is that the jack I received was the correct one. The bad news is that when I took apart my laptop to install it, I found that the connecting cable was only about 1.5 inches long. The one in my laptop was about 4 inches long, so it wouldn't work. I was pretty bummed about this, so I sent an email to Parts People to let them know what was going on. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them yet.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Parts People. Parts People Mixed Review: Reliable Delivery and Safe Packaging, but Disappointing Product Quality

So, I ordered a computer cord from Parts People (parts-people.com) for my Dell Laptop. I paid a higher price to make sure it would work with my laptop. The delivery was packed safely and arrived right on time. However, I was disappointed with the item because it overheats.

Parts People Decent Selection and Fast Delivery, but Incomplete Product

So, I went to Parts People (parts-people.com) to get a new keyboard for my laptop. The delivery was pretty quick, which was good. But when I opened the package, I realized that the keyboard didn't come with a ribbon cable. I was a bit bummed out about that because I had to take out my old ribbon cable and reuse it with the new keyboard. It would have been nice if the keyboard came with a cable, you know what I mean?

Anyway, I decided to order a replacement cable from Parts People. But even after I got the new cable, I'm still having some problems with my laptop. I'm not sure if it's because of the cable or something else. I'm gonna have to take it to a repair shop to get it checked out.

Overall, I think Parts People is an okay website to order from. They have a decent selection of laptop parts and the delivery was fast. But I wish they would include all the necessary parts with their products. It would save me a lot of time and hassle.
