ParkSleepFly cancellation policy states that you have to contact and cancel with the hotel. The hotel, Sonesta PHL, told us they cannot see details of the resv (?) since it was made through Expedia (does Expedia own PSF?) and hung up. I've visited the PSF page for cancellation help and sent 3 follow-up e-mails and have not received a reply other than a bot confirmation of e-mail receipt. Very poor CS which is too bad as we have used PSF for the last 10-12 trips we have taken.
