ParcelForce review: Parcelforce cannot deliver on time

Every single time I am sent an item and it’s to be delivered by parcelforce, it’s always late. Every single time. I’ll get a message saying the item will be delivered between 8:50am and 10:30am on a specific date yet days after that date nothing happens. Then a week later parcelforce show up randomly with the item. It’s like in order to successfully get a delivery from parcelforce you have to sit home all week waiting on them to get it right one day. There is zero communication on when because they leave the original delivery date up and arrive whenever they feel. I had an item due to be delivered last week and it’s still claiming it would be delivered last week while it sits at some depot. Parcelforce should be shut down in order to prevent further harm to the public.
