I waited from 11:45 till 20:00 in my house in the front room. Nothing was delivered. I then checked the track number and it says delivery attempted at 19:30 but there was no answer. By then it's too late to call you then and it's Friday. There is no card left, nothing to prove their attempted delivery, just my word against them. Except I believe their van are tracked. I chose delivery by Royal mail as I thought it was better than Evry but it's actually worst. Now I need to wait till Monday for my parcel.
Recommendation: Don't choose this company

Man, that’s absolutely infuriating. Good you know their vans are tracked — that’s your leverage. I’d screenshot the tracking, note the time you were there, and slam them with a complaint on Monday. Don’t let it slide.
