Paradise Spas & Outdoor Living review: Took my money, won't deliver the hot tub

We purchased our hot tub at an expo on 1.25.25, then we moved into our house and got the concrete poured the first week in March. It was then that I started calling Paradise Spas for delivery. It is now April 14th, and I CANNOT get anyone to give me a delivery date. I have called multiple times per week, and no one ever calls me back.

Today, I asked for a refund of my money, and they said, "All sales are final." Well, okay, all sales are final, but then a PRODUCT is typically given for a sale. They took our money, and we sat without a hot tub for four weeks. This was not just for fun; my husband had seven knee surgeries, and the doctor said it would be good therapy for him, so there is that, too.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I will update this review if and when I get the tub or my money back.
