The store in Ogden Utah on 36th st next Macy's does not practice safe food. They will stick moldy cheese in the walk-in in with fresh to be served food. They will mix old dough that should be thrown out in with the new batch. They will change dates on food for inspections and so they don't have to rotate out bad food. They don't change sheets or wash pans when sheeting more dough on pans. The employees don't wash their hands or change gloves when they touch their phones. Most of the employees don't have food handlers permits either.

Recommendation: DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION EVER

I wasn't fired i left because of the way they practice. Their customer service is [censored] and the store is gross. Insider information doesn't mean it's a lie.
