Papa John's review: Pizza delivered very cold / no sauce

I had the worst experience last night after waiting over an hour for my delivery order. My kids were starving and I ordered pizza as a treat. It was not even eaten well as it was cold and there was no sauce. It was like they missed a complete step. The kids were dissatisfied and I was highly disappointed. Second time I've had a bad experience with this location.

Desired outcome: Refund- Other options possible
