On April 26, 2025 I decided to order 2 Extra Large cheese pizzas with beef from Papa John’s for lunch since we didn’t had any Papa John’s for a while and it was my Mother’s birthday so I figured it was the best way to start her birthday. So as I was ordering the pizzas for delivery I made a requestment of Extra sauce and Normal amount of cheese after waiting over an hour the pizzas finally arrived (As Shown in the Pictures) but the pizzas were very cold, very cheesy and had no sauce in the pizzas this led my mother to be very disappointed and turned her stomach which caused her to throw the pizzas in the trash. I tried to make it up to her by offering to pay for her dinner at the special event that she wanted to go to for her birthday but she refused and canceled the special event plans because the Papa John’s pizzas turned her stomach which ruined her birthday.

Desired outcome: I just want Papa Johnâ€™s to give me a $40 Papa Johnâ€™s Gift Card for the inconvenience.

This person has a history of begging restaurants for gift cards. Honestly, if they cannot afford to eat out, they should visit a soup kitchen or cook at home.
