Panera Bread food desserts/ customer service

Modesto Mchenry Avenue Panera Bread store drive-thru this is the third incident that I have had with them so I'm going to make a complaint and I plan on going further I'm very upset because this time we received food that was so stale and old we took a bite out of it and almost wanted to puke it taste like chemicals it was so bad I've never tasted anything so bad like this it was like you pulled it out of the garbage put it in a box and gave it to me it was totally bad the second time before this incident I went through the drive-thru and the representative for Panera had fingernails that were so long and I can't believe how long they were and she was working at the counter giving change back and she cut me with her long nail and I bled that was very very upsetting I spoke with the manager about it it happened not too long ago now this is the third and final incident of something that has happened at Panera and I'm very upset because not only did he get me sick but my son there stairs stale food and I'm very unhappy please contact

Panera Bread discount coupon card

on 08/04/2018 at 08:30 pm me and my family were doing a family outing at the Panera Bread restaurant located at 4208 S Florida Ave, Lakeland, FL . I used my coupon card to get a simple discount with my food, as we finished our food, we went to buy some pastries and then were told that we cant use the coupon card because we could only use it every three hours, I will let my friends and family know that this is not a place we will be spending more money at, if I wanted to have a limit to how i can use a card that I buy items with then I could have went on a cruise and got a drink package from them, and then the manager at the business stated this information is not online for customer to even see. I will be posting this on Facebook you know this site has crushed business,

Panera Bread strawberry poppyseed chicken salad

I went to my local Panera bread in East Windsor New Jersey yesterday and ordered the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad for takeout I was dying to have the salad because the last time I had it a few months ago it was absolutely delicious this time not so good at all . I believe it had something to do with the chicken that was in the salad there was a lot of pepper on it or some kind of spice that tasted awful I smelled it from the minute I opened up the salad I should've followed my instincts and returned it immediately but I didn't I tasted it and immediately threw in the garbage and was extremely disappointed I was so looking forward to having the salad because as I said the last time I had it every single bite had something new and delicious this one didn't even have the cheese and it was just sheer disappointment.

Panera Bread new general manager service

I've been a faithful at my Woodbridge cafe for about over a year now and I must say I've been pleased with how I have been treated and served each visit. With that being said, recently with the new change of General Mangers it seems that it just slowed down a lot as far as pace of service and lack of care for example. Just today I placed a order to-go everything was perfect my lovely cashier was very helpful as usually, everything was perfect ! until I came across a wait of about 15 minutes for a Mac n cheese and half sandwich which is usually 5-7 mins at most on a busy day. The new General Manager I suppose was literally lost ! I mean I'm sure if he's new to the business but he was absolutely terrible ! One, he was hesitant to run food that sat on the counter in front of him, he literally yelled out "I need runners" not comparing but the last General Manager would absolutely run the food with no problem wouldn't wait for an associate to come help. Two, a lot of joyful employees that are usually happy at all times just aren't themselves anymore it seems, they seem a lot more dull and just plane unhappy. Third, today being my fifth time in the cafe i've literally seen the new General Manager only doing one position which seems to me he's barely doing, you can hear the head person by the computer asking for help and he would literally go find someone else to help and leave an empty spot open for pile up or whatever. Like I said before I'm not comparing because I'm no corporate Panera Bread employee to do so but if I must say the last General Manager was so helpful and really had this cafe moving granted they looked crazy some days with everyone just moving all over the place but it seem to work everyone seemed to enjoy helping one another and seem pleased they could call on their General Manager and know he would help. I'm just not please with how some of my favorite Panera associates just don't seem happy anymore and from what i've seen it's all because the new General Mangers is no help. Please take this into consideration and make my Panera joyful again i've clearly seen the decline as a customer and I'm just not happy with what happen today.

Panera Bread object in food

I was eating my sandwich and chomped down on something hard I thought maybe it was a stem on my spinach so I kept chewing and as I started to swallow my food felt something scratching my throat so I spit what was in the my mouth out and dug through it and found a sharp object I don't know if its like a bone sliver or plastic or what. but that could have seriously hurt me had I swallowed that. If it didn't hurt going down it could have caused me problems internally.

Panera Bread not receiving all items ordered

I frequent the Panera Bread by my office, Cafe number 4589 New Orleans LA 70119, and the past few times I have noticed not everything is in my bag when I order rapid delivery. Items missing in the past have been, my baguette side, or spoons for the soup. But today, I decided to go into the store and order at the counter to see if that made a difference, I grabbed my bag, and rushed back to my office because I was running out of time on my lunch break, and when I got back, I had no croutons for my tomato soup, and the salad I ordered was the smallest amount of salad I have ever received from ordering the exact same thing multiple times. I am extremely disappointed in the quality I have received, and it upsets me because I genuinely enjoy the food and that's why I keep giving it another chance, but I am at a point where I don't want to spend any more money to not have the service that is promised. It seems as if whoever is expo, is not paying full attention to what is going in the bags.

Panera Bread quality

Jonesboro ar. 8/2/18 approx 5pm
Purchased 2 salads. Did not get receipt.
Salads were both missing ingredients. The southwest missing the chicken, lime and cilantro. The strawberry missing pecans. The baguette was so old I could not chew it. The employee were more interested in taking breaks and drinking their smoothies.

Daughter wanted a good salad as advertised on tv. extremely disappointed to spend $20 and I could have made a better tasting salad at home and not had a 30 min drive. Where is your quality control?

Panera Bread italian sub

I went to the Panera Bread on Airport Hwy, Holland, Ohio. I ordered the pick 2, broccoli and cheese soup, with 1/2 Italian sub. The sub had 3 pieces of meat, 2 pieces of a salami that were very dry/dehydrated like it sat out for hours, and there was only 1 piece of cheese? And, who puts carrots in their italian sub? I never had carrots in my Italian sub before! Geez for the cost, I could have gotten a 12 inch at Subway! The last time I went to this same Panera, my sub was loaded with cheese and meats, to where I couldn't open my mouth wide enough to take a bite! I will not be back there again! Totally disappointed!

Panera Bread food

My whole family all like owners breads. We went there to eat on vacation. I purchased kids meal for their school lunch. It is my work lunch as well. We spent money and trust to it as we believe in its quality and food freshness. However recently we noticed salad is not fresh any more, apple is rotten, Alvacado is rotten inside the sandwich. We threw them
Away as each time we took the delivery due to time rush so we hope it may be occasional accident. But after several same issues we were not satisfied any more as my kids have to skip lunch after throwing the not fresh salad. Until yesterday when my son found a piece of plastic inside his chicken noodle soup, I cannot take it any more. I was with my young son yesterday. If I was not with him who knows how many plastic he already swallowed. This is not acceptable. I strongly asked for the apology from Panera bread, its reimbursement of all our economic loss and recent emotional impact as the kids are scared of the food quality of all fast food companies.

Panera Bread mini scones

Purchased on August 1st in Pensacola Fla..not sure but it appears the mini scones are not completely cooked..doughy and mushy..very irritating as store is 20 min away from my home and I cannot just run back for replacement or refund.

I've also had a to go large container of broccoli cheese soup from same location that was only half full when I got home...having just moved to this area from Atlanta what a huge disappointment.

I ordered a nobu noodle edamame soup to go at Darien, ct branch of Panera bread today.eheb I opened it at home it had not a single edamame in it.i was so disappointed as Panera suppose to be one of the best resturants.My experience was really bad.as a customer I would not go again.how can edamame soup not have edmame in it.Sharing some pictures as well

Panera Bread salad

It happened 08/01/2018, I placed rapid pick up order for pick two(mac & cheese and salad). Upgraded my green goddess salad to tuna paying $2.20 extra. My pick to came up to $12.28. Mac & cheese is always cold when i get but it is half an issue. For the salad i asked to put extra dressing outside of my salad bowl. When i got it there was only 1 dressing INSIDE of the bowl. Now, lettuce-it was brown, un fresh, almost rotten it was absolutely disgusting. I couldn't eat that salad. When i called manager at that store she told me to go to the store and show her my pictures. I'M shocked! Also she said that no one else complained today(so am i a lair?) She said "Oh when you come in i can offer you half a free salad"... Really? oh no for my money i will not be treated like that. There is many more better places to take my money. Very disappointing. I was customer for years, but today it ended. Will make sure my reviews are read all over the area. So unacceptable !

Panera Bread patrons and a filthy bathroom

I went to you location in Towson, Md for lunch. A gentleman came in with his lunch ina bowl and can of soda. He got a curtesy cup, filled it with ice got silverware poured his soda and proceeded to eat. Myself and others looked in bewilderment. I went to the manager, Mickey and expressed my dissatisfaction of this occurrence as this kind of practice drives up the cost to your real patrons. Before leaving I wanted to use the bathroom and it was disgusting. I then approached Mickey abd told him about the restroom. he said the gentleman had been in there earlier and I showed my annoyance saying that is crazy. I am done with Panera if they don't have managers that take responsibility and keep a clean environment.

Panera Bread online ordering, iced caramel latte, frozen caramel, iced cafe latte, grilled cheese, soups and mac, accuracy of order

We placed a delivery order for arriving between 2:00-2:15 and it got here late at 2:30. The order we placed was $53.65 worth of food and drinks. Not only was our order 15 minutes late but the order was not even correct. Missing from the bag was our plain cream cheese tub and our petite bag of cookies. Plus our drinks were melted, looked like they sat somewhere forever. One drink was not supposed to have whipped cream but it did. The grilled cheese looked disgusting and also looked like it was sitting somewhere forever, the cheese was literally hard. And absolutely none of the food was hot that was supposed to be. We are so disappointed because almost every time we order a delivery from Panera the order is not correct. I called to try to speak to the manager 8 times and they finally answered the EIGHT TIME.

Panera Bread online ordering

I sent this letter to what I thought was corporate offices but received it back today with a note saying "moved... no forwarding address". Found this site so here's my complaint...

I am writing to you to complain about your on-line ordering at the Traverse City, Michigan Panera company.

Yesterday, Monday the 16th, I placed (and paid for) an on-line order for pickup today. It was for 13 bagels of my choice (Tuesday's Baker's Dozen). I was to pick up the order at 1 p.m. When I arrived to pickup my order, it was not on the fast pickup shelf. I had to stand in line to ask about the order. I was told that my order was not complete as they had a busy morning, and my 6 asiago bagels were missing as they sold them to other customers! How is that possible when I ordered (and PAID FOR) the bagels on the day before? Why wasn't my on-line order put together first thing in the morning when the bagel bins were full?

If this had been the first time this has happened, I might not have been so upset. BUT this is the 3rd time this has happened to me... EVERY time I have placed an on-line order (the day before pickup), I have arrived only to find that some of my bagels were not given to me. AGAIN, why aren't on-line orders packed first thing in the morning when there are lots of fresh bagels? I had already paid for these bagels and yet they were sold to other customers leaving me very dissatisfied with Panera.

The clerk who waited on me today was polite, and also told me that the policy is to fulfill on-line orders first thing in the morning. I argued with him that IF that was the case, why has this happened to me for the past 3 orders? After the 2nd time this happened, I wrote an email to the Traverse City store manager to complain, but NEVER heard back from him. Why?

I just want you to know that I love Panera; however, I am so upset that this has happened to me for the 3rd TIME that I will start getting my bagels from the other bakery in town. How much does Panera want my business? I will not be leaving a good review tomorrow.

Panera Bread food

I couldn't believe how much I had to pay for 4 grilled cheese sandwiches and and two tomato soups and 1 chicken noodle soup. $60. I could have went to Flannigan's and I would have had lots more food and beer for about the same price. Shame on you Panera Bread for taking a $2.00 sandwich and a $2.00 bowl of soup and making them more expensive than someone would pay to eat at a place that sells that sells the best baby back ribs anyone could ask for. No wonder your parking lots are more than half empty when I go by any of your stores!

Panera Bread cashier "suzette"

Cashier "Suzette" was very rude to us..She didn't speak properly, very impatient as if she is paying our bill.I am not satisfied with her behavior..Really spoiled our evening .Its my request to check her behavior on camera on 07/29/2018 8:08:47pm.
She was not let me speak and every time pointing her figure at me.. I was politely asking her about the coupons but she was not willing to answer my questions properly..Is this kind of behavior we are supposed to get from such a branded organization..

Panera Bread customer service

Friday 7/27 I went into the Worcester store to purchase my dinner. A young lady by the name of Kiana, already visibly irritated to be there, was extremely rude. My total came to $13.14. I gave $20.14. Mind you the dime was a bit tarnished. I noticed the change back was 6 dollars and 90 something sense in change. Kiana thought I have her 20.05. Which to me makes absolutely no sense.
I proceeded to tell her I gave her a 20 and exact change. Her response was no You didn't. I said, YES I did. Again, I got no you didn't. She said do I need to get my manager. I replied no and gave her a dime. As she opened her drawer, I asked her to do me a favor and check the tarnished "penny" in that slot. Kiana's response was "Oh". I then told her that it would be nice to receive and apology. She smirked and very rudely said "have a great night"! A woman walked out, Cassandra, and I said her employee was very rude and explained what had just transpired. All I received was a blank look and an apology. I've worked in food and customer service for 20+ years and this was completely unacceptable!

Panera Bread tuna salad sandwich on bagel

When I opened my sandwich at home I had my fork ready to eat the tuna that would fall out after my first bite. I have ordered this for YEARS. To my great dissatisfaction there was all but a thin layer of tuna with a touch of the Gorgonzola cheese ( for which I paid an extra 1.00). I have a pic of dry bagel on 1/4 if bagel! New policy or bad store?

Panera Bread advertisement

I received an email - $2.00 off a salad. I showed the email to the cashier and the Manager on duty and they refused to honor it because it was not on my rewards card. The cashier said "this happens all the time and I don't know why they sent emails like that". It's bad business and false advertisement. Your location managers should be able to honor your emails and improve customer service .
