Panera Bread review: Loud and crude kitchen staff.

I have been to this location many times because it is very close to my home, and I LOVE the food. No matter where I sit in the restaurant I can hear the kitchen staff talking, yelling, being vulgar, complaining about their job, using profanity (and it is loud) and it is mostly only one guy working back there. He absolutely hates his job and I know that because he has repeatedly said it to his coworkers. I come here to get away from the chaos at home and so I can get my work done. I hate to say it, but until this guy is gone, I will not return. I don't trust him and he is frightening. If I had my children here with me, I'd not be sitting here in silence as I wouldn't be a good mother if I allowed my children to be exposed to him. I am in a restaurant for goodness sake. And I am paying for the items I'm consuming. Oh, and they are out of all of their coffee. They are no napkins in the napkin dispensers, the fountain drink area is a mess and when I went back up to the counter to ask for silverware, the lady working back there tossed a plastic fork and spoon at me. Seriously Panera Bread? What has happened to this company?

Desired outcome: Clean the house. These people think they have jobs regardless of what they say for do. Everyone is replaceable!
