I have issues every time I visit this Panera with both the food and the service. It is blasted all over our local fb pages how awful this Panera is which is mind boggling because it is at a new location and the older one was much better. This last time will be the last time I go. I placed an order for pickup. It said it would be ready in 5-7 mins. I received a message in about that time that it was ready. I waited in my car with my blinkers on as directed. Two other cars were waiting as well. I waited 10 mins and went inside. All of our bags were sitting there with no one in sight. I grabbed my bag and drink and went to my car. I checked my bag and realized I was missing half my order. I went back inside to get the other half. Went back to my car to discover they gave me the wrong drink. I went back inside to fill up with the right drink which was an iced tea and it was thick and dark and tasted awful. As I was walking out a roach was walking on floor. Omg what else could go wrong? This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to for customer service and now this. I'm done.
