Panera Bread review: abusive employee

I was just at your West Chester location and the following event has left me very upset. The 30 year old light skin woman with curly hair who refused to tell me her name is the reason. I went through the drive thru and ordered a single bagel with vegetable cream cheese after sitting there for a couple of minutes, being ignored. She rudely hands me the order at the window and slams the door in my face. I look in the bag and she didn't give me the right cream cheese. She is still staring at me through the window. I wave and honk like 2 times and she just ignores me. When she finally opened the window I told her I got the wrong cream cheese. She slams the door without saying a word and then placed my vegetable cream cheese on the window and refused to hand it to me. I reach for it and after about thirty seconds she hands it to me and tells me there was no need to honk at her. What? She was staring at me and ignoring me. She called me the C word. She said there was no need for me to demand it (but I paid for it and since when is asking for what you order a demand?) Then she yelled YO MOMMA at me as I drove again. My office is up the street and we always order from Panera. NEVER AGAIN. It is a disgrace that such a horrible woman is working the drive thru who drops the C word and thinks she is doing someone a favor by giving them what they pay for. Plus, placing your order on a window ledge so you can't reach it is so ghetto and I will never visit this location ever again. All I ordered was a bagel and it was such a huge inconvenience for this awful woman. Disgusting.
