I contacted BATA who advised via email that I return them via registered mail at MY cost - doubt anyone would. I purchased a carton of 200 cigarettes (10 packs of 20) less 4 out of one packet and paid $358.50. If I do this will be out of pocket $358.50 plus postage and have nothing. BATA made no mention they will return the cigarettes if they do not agree that the flavour of Pall Mall Classic differs to Pall Mall Blue and Pall Mall Classic Blue and that it may take up to 14 business days for them to look into - a total rort!

Claimed loss: $358.50

Desired outcome: That I be allowed to return at least the 9 packets which are unopened to Smokemart for a refund.
