Agents tell me contradicting information. They told me they had an offer but I needed to respond quickly, I said yes I accept and will send the additional funds they need. Two weeks later, several emails with no response and 'callbacks' where they hang up on the first ring, I finally get an agent to answer and they say there is no offer. Eventually we get them to take the additional funds and they took so long the offer expired. This business is a sham, they have the resources to do right by their clients but choose to give the runaround and ignore emails and calls.

I signed up for this in September 2022. I have made four payments to Palisades legal group so far. Nothing has been done, except ruining my credit score be on a man's in a ball where I could've taken care of this myself. They have not made any payments to my to creditors that they're supposed to be helping me with. They told me to not make any payments and so now I'm delinquent in my credit scores been tarnished severely because of this. I emailed them to *** that I no longer want to participate in this program and I want a full refund of all four payments this week before Christmas, 12/25/22.I got myself into this mess, and I can do a much better job getting myself out, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I am very dissatisfied. I just want to be out of this program completely and I want a full refund of all payments at once and for ACH /all autopay to be stopped effective immediately today, 12/18/2022. Thank you

Since using the services offered by Palisades, I was at one time very satisfied. Communication was prompt and any issue was resolved to all parties' satisfaction. Something has drastically changed! I have attempted to contact Palisades for two months (beginning in September 2022) with a simple request. I have emailed client services AND called. To date, no one has responded to my emails. I have received phone calls, but these are appeals for me to send more money to Palisades without any explanation as to why (I am under contract for a specified time and monthly payment amount). I always ask about my unanswered requests, only to be told "we have no access to your emails." Inevitably, I ask to be transferred to a manager. The agents refuse to transfer for whatever reasons. Also, the phone agents are often rude and cannot communicate effectively. I could tell that many cannot even understand English and are simply reading from a printed dialogue page. This is becoming very concerning to me considering that I am a client paying considerable monies to this firm. For whatever reason, the professionalism has eroded and customer care is nonexistent.

From the start, I felt very comfortable talking to the representative with CrediCare. He was able to explain better than two or three other companies what they would actually do for me to help get me out from my debt and still be able to hold my head high. Once he explained to me what would take place, he gave me his personal guarantee that he would be available to me if I had any questions, and he has been a man of his word. After speaking with him, he transferred me to the Palisade Legal Group where a very nice and knowledgeable lady took the phone call over and proceeded with the call. She explained what the legal group would be doing in all aspects of the process and then walked through the paperwork with me. At each point of signing, she would explain each section, ask if I had any questions, and we would proceed. If any questions whatsoever, she took the time to make sure I fully understood before we moved on. I cannot say enough good things about either one of these groups. They are both a refreshing relief to know that there are still businesses out there that know how to treat customers like people and not just cattle or sheep to be sheared or taken for their money. When I initially signed up with this company, like they say on ComplaintsBoard.com, the customer was fully informed, I find that to be very untruthful. I was not informed they charge a percentage on all accounts settled, based on the original debt amount; not the based on the amount they save you (as should be). I have made numerous attempts to get several issues resolved, with no resolution.It seems that when you ask for your issue to be escalated and for a call back from someone who can help, they tell you they will have someone call you back and you NEVER get a call back for resolution. The communication is LACKING. September 14, 2022 I got a very reasonable settlement time sensitive offer in the mail, scanned and emailed it to Palisades Legal Group. The settlement they negotiated (after the time sensitive deadline) was for $1,700.00 more. I requested a reduction of "their percentage on total debt amount fee" to make up the difference. Still I have not received a response. I just received a text again today with the same off and still not phone call or reponse to emails for resolution.What they do not tell you is whatever your original total debt is, they charge you 25%, so far the only settlement made wound up being higher than the initial amount of debt. I paid MORE and their fees come out before they pay your debtors on a long term monthly basis. The one debt settled for me was settled at 70% and they drafted 25% of the original debt amount for their settlement fee. This not clearly told to you before you sign documents.

Cada persona es diferente en pensamientos y emociones, por eso es crucial considerar esos detalles. Sé que no es fácil y no todos tienen la misma experiencia, pero quería compartir la mía.
