My experience with Rubenstein Law was mixed. The initial consultation was informative, and the staff seemed knowledgeable. However, the communication during the process could have been better. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my case, which was frustrating. The final outcome was satisfactory, but the overall experience could have been smoother.

Estoy muy agradecida con todo lo que hicieron por mi y por mi hija. Estuvieron siempre hay para ayudarnos con el reclamo de carro cuando el seguro se negaba a pagar . Llevaron nuestros casos a cortes y no dejaron de palear hasta ganarlos. Sin duda los recomiendo .

I'm so mad about Rubenstein Law. They didn't do what they said they would do. I hurt my back and lost my fancy car in an accident that wasn't my fault. They asked me a bunch of questions and said they would sue for my injuries, lost wages, and car value. But when they settled my case, they only gave me $4000 for my back. They didn't even try to get me money for my lost wages or car value. They lied to me just to get my business. I wouldn't tell anyone to go to them. The physical therapy was a joke and they wanted me to do a procedure I didn't want to do. If I didn't cut it short and say no, I wouldn't have gotten anything. They just wanted to make money and didn't care about me. I don't think they did their best to get me a good settlement.

Rubenstein Law is the worst! They are so bad at their job and lose important evidence. They are never ready and I always have to repeat myself and write everything down. They don't care about me or my problems, they just want money. I cried a lot and my blood pressure was high. I asked to talk to Rubenstein but his daughter said no. They gave me to a case manager who didn't know anything. The lawyers didn't even read my files before calling me. They wasted 2 years of my life and didn't help me. I had a dangerous surgery and they didn't care. They left me alone in the hospital 2 hours from my house. They didn't call me to check on me. When my lawyer came back, he yelled at me for asking why no one told me. He said he was busy because his dog was sick. Can you believe that? I am disabled now and have big bills. I might lose my house. I was successful before but they treated me like an idiot. They lost most of my evidence and made me stressed. They cost me my case and my relationships.

On March 9th, I was the victim of an aggravated battery. Rubenstein Law was very passionate towards my injury. They resolved the issue and amidst the pandemic, Rubenstein won the case! If you are the victim of a Personal Injury incident; Call Rubenstein Law, they're the best!

Rubenstein Law firm was amazing to my Son and I. We were injured in an auto accident back in November and they were Amazing! I almost died in a traffic accident...2 brain surgeries later and my life was only worth $5000 to them! I paid them $6600! I'm still having issues, but they didn't care...they got their money even though I didn't drive a Porsche nor did I get hit by one. Have someone else make a wise decision for you in your time of need! My attorney was *** & I couldn't even talk to him via phone! His "clerk" didn't want to talk to me either! I was mad that I couldn't get my story across to them. They sit in an office and I still struggle daily!

I am extremely satisfied with Rubenstein Law and their staff have handled my car accident claim. Rubenstein Law took over my case from another law firm that was chaotic and had lost my paperwork. Despite the *** the staff kept a good pace progress wise in keeping me informed as to the status of my claim.
I received periodic communications mostly from Monica Rodriguez as well as from Eric R and in every instance both Monica and Eric were always gracious enough to take time to speak to me and to explain some of the complexities of my claim.

Should another occurrence of similar nature presents itself in the future I would not hesitate to procure Rubenstein Law as my counselor.

In closing I would like to commend Monica R for the excellent and professional way in which she handled my case from beginning to end. She was courteous and eloquent in every instance in which she called and always kept her word when assuring me of future litigations. I was in an accident 9/16 where a dump truck hit me in the turning lane. I didn't no who to call, but my STSO recommend RUBINSTEIN LAW. She said she like him because of his commercial is the only one that seems to be true. I called. An a young lady came out to the apartment where I lived. She took part of my statement as well as photos of my vehicle. I was told to go to path Medical. Path medical falsified treatment. They in return sent me to some unknown outside place for me to get x-rays. I had several dic damage in my back and a torn muscle in my arm. To make a *** story short i was scheduled by a doctor off to have surgery on my back. The very same day I was scheduled to have surgery. Get this! They called the doctor NOT ME and stated that they are no longer representing me and that I had gotten new representation. OH MY GOD! I CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND ASKED THEM. SEVERAL QUESTIONS CONCERNING MY CASE AND THE GEICO REPRESENTATIVE STATED MY ATTORNEY TOLD HIM NOT TO TALK TO ME. I was NEVER given an answer concerning my case. I lost EVERYTHING because of RUBENSTEIN LAW FIRM. The attorney I had never returned my calls or answered her phone. I never got one dime. My car was never repaired and the company they sent me to charged me for service they NEVER did. To this day I suffer with pain due to this accident.

I had a car crash on July 16 and I gotta say, me and the lawyer ain't on the same page. They wanna do things their way, which is like, totally not cool with me. It's causing me way too much stress, man.

I had a slip and fall and hired Rubenstein Law. I sent them a video of the bathroom with water, but they lost it. I also gave them the name of the person who told me the toilet was broken, but they lost that too. When I called to complain, the lady argued with me and said my trial attorney was wrong. Rubenstein Law was supposed to find the evidence before the trial attorney, but they didn't. Now I can't take anything to trial because I don't have any evidence. Rubenstein Law didn't handle my case with care and I can barely wash myself in the shower. They dropped the ball on my case and now I can't get money for future treatments. It's not okay.
