ZERO STARS...
This company is deceiving. I have been paying $500 for the past 8 months which I believed was going into a savings account to eventually settle a debt.
They have not made any communication with my creditor. When I asked to cancel my program, they told me that I would only be able to get back $577.00, they would be taking $3777.75 for fees. They did absolutely noting for me. They actually caused me to go more into debt than before.
This company does not communicate with you, and does not give you updates about your account. They just keep taking your money! I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission, and currently working on settling the debt myself with my creditor!
I will fight for my refund, they should not take advantage of people this way. Why are are they paying themself for not doing any work? CRAZY! I hope that they get shut down so that no one else has to be deceived.
