I've installed and deleted this game twice now.

While I enjoy the game itself, the ads are beyond annoying! Every time a level ends you're subject to full 30 second ad. It wouldn't be so bad if they were 5 second ads. I play several games that have mainly 5 second ads and it's not nearly as annoying.

Maybe the game developers should look into that. Or if nothing else an ad free version.

I enjoy playing this game but there are waaaaay too many ads in it! I beat a level? I have to watch an ad. I couldn’t beat a level? Still have to watch an ad! Can’t move forward in any way without dealing with these annoying ads constantly! And most of them, as of April 2023, are for a stupid game called Royal Match. I’ve actually tried Royal Match and didn’t like it. It’s nowhere near as interesting as the ads make it seem. It’s a boring and irritating game. If you could make it possible for players to turn off all the ads, I’d be willing to pay $3 or $5 to see NO MORE ADS! That’s how much I hate the constant ads, this really makes the game much less enjoyable.

I love this game. It’s very addicting however I have one problem other than all the adds. It kills your battery. My battery will be at 100% when I start playing then after 20 minutes of game play my battery will be down at 80%. I checked my battery usage for the last couple days and this game was responsible for 35% of battery usages. Every other app was between 1% and 7%. And some of the games I have I use just as much if not more than this game. Would love to keep this game however unless they fix the battery consumption issue I am going to delete it because I can’t afford to have my battery completely killed because of having to charge it so often due to this game.

It’s a good game. I can just say this game is addicting, simple, and very fun and satisfying. Also I need to say that I appreciate that the game’s ads don’t make it completely entirely unplayable, But at some point during the game, it all becomes luck based and the game will give you random blocks where there will no longer
be a logical way to to fit in the tiles in adventure and classic mode. You can’t rotate the tiles to fit elsewhere. Why do they give players tiles that don’t fit their board? It makes no sense? Once you lose, you get punished by having to watch an ad before going to the next round. That’s all very annoying, and unfair, and not the players fault.

I’ve played a lot of games like this that I like to play when I have spare time (which is rarely) but this one made me angry. One, wayyy too many ads. I would literally swipe out just to answer a message and it’d force me to watch an ad the second I swiped back. Then any time I got to around 3,000 points it would either one, give me blocks impossible to use and end the game (forcing me to watch another ad) or two, give me blocks that no matter which way I used them there was no way to progress in the game. At first I thought I was being ridiculous so I stopped playing for a minute and tried again but there were ads every 5 seconds so I didn’t see the point in even trying.

You cannot enjoy this app and get any meaningful points unless you don’t mind spending all of your time watching ADS. Users shouldn’t have to watch ads to rotate units. Please do away with that requirement!

The algorithm is deplorable at shuffling. You never get single blocks beyond your first few banks. The shuffling gets absurd with the units given as you start developing points, making it impossible to then use logic to “blast” the blocks. Units are just too repetitive.

Other than those MAJOR issues, the app is awesome. I cannot play this game anymore until the app undergoes those changes. People want to play games to reduce stress, and this app just creates more. Please listen!

1. I do not like the male voice. I liked the lady. Maybe you could give options?
2. I do not like the new shapes at all. It often seems I can’t fit them in anywhere. Before, I could often see my error and knew the pieces would have fitted had I planned better. I loved planning ahead in case the large block or a corner piece came up. I do not want to anticipate where I might put these new shapes. If I wanted Tetris, I’d play that. I will delete this game if it doesn’t go back to what it was before. My grandkids LOVED the original one, but can’t figure out planning ahead for the new shapes either. This is a deal breaker for me, and I LOVED the original game. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”

Don't trust the reviews on this game. This and many other companies pay for botted reviews which allow these games to show up higher in search results. The game is a good concept but every time you "Lose" you are forced to watch a 45-60 sec long ad for Royal Match most commonly. Once you get far into the game, the pieces you get can be completely random and offer no solution to move to the next level. My girlfriend experienced the next set of blocks appearing then the game instantly ends. Impossible to get far. Just uninstalled. Apple needs to add a bot filtration system to remove all these fake reviews and stop allowing these lazy money hungry game companies to manipulate the entire market.

The game is amazing and for quite a while I’ve been entranced by the game. The fact there was no in app purchase was a breath of fresh air. The ads weren’t terrible and the game time was not to badly affected. However what’s taken place over the last few months is horrible. Minutes of ads repeatedly and obnoxiously. Even if the game play is interrupted with leaving the app, before play will resume - you guest it Ads! Horribly multi level, multi screen ads …. The game is just not worth the time it takes away from you while waiting to want to play. Was a great thing killed by what I can only presume is greed. Hope you made a mint. But because of that, for me anyway, your 5 star game gets only 1 star rating. Just my opinion

I have found at least 3 identical copies of this game so far on the app store. All of them are filled with hundreds (or thousands) of obviously fake 5-star reviews. whatever it takes to outweigh the REAL 1-star reviews and get the game to a near 4.8 average score.

The ads that lead to this game (and it’s copies) mislead you to believe it has game mechanics like Tetris. It shows the top blocks moving downwards as rows underneath are completed. This game has completely different mechanics with no “gravity” involved. I firmly believe that the ONLY purpose of this game (and it’s copies) is to get people to watch a few ads before they realize how terrible and boring it is and delete it.

I hope someone sees my review and it helps them save some time.

i LOVE THIS GAME. i LOVE LOVE LOVE it. It's so beautiful and the animation is perfect quality. This game is my #1 recommendation. Everytime i have a bad day? Block blast is there for me. I'm crying? Block blast is there. It's always been there. It's one of my most favorite games. it's my ONLY favorite game.

The gameplay is so beautiful. It's so crisp and fun, and i absolutely love the voiceovers. i would kiss the lady if i met her. I would get down on both knees. ifykyk.

It's absolutely so sexy. Everytime i see that voluptuous app cover i get hard. It's my one true love. I would absolutely destroy it in bed if i had the opportunity. it's just the most perfect game. Everytime i get that sexy "unbelievable" sound i just orgasm.

10/10 game. Would marry.

I loved this game and I was addicted to it. At the bottom there are links that you can accidentally click on and opens them in safari, that didn’t bother me since it’s websites for fixing your credit score or debt relief. Today I was playing the game and I didn’t even touch the bottom and it kept sending these links to safari, I didn’t pay attention because I’ll clear them out later. Thankfully I went and looked prior to my son wanting to look up something on my phone. I see different pages on my phone that were porn sites, and there were several of them. I couldn’t believe that the links at the bottom of the game are for porn sites, kids can play these games! I deleted the game since I don’t want my son to want to play the game and sends him to a porn site!

My husband and I love this game! It really is a lot of fun. But we noticed that we started to lose before we started on the next “level”. It’s not a game where you have to put the blocks in the right place each level to move on. Once you become good, it’s about luck. I have lost so many times because there weren’t any moves to be made when the next level started. Didn’t put a single block down, lost because the next three blocks didn’t fit. Or I could fit one of the blocks in only ONE spot, and I lose because there was no other way for me to put the blocks in. I reached level 12k+ a few times and lost because of my fault OR lost because I had no moves. Now I can’t get past 5k for some reason. It’s just becoming more annoying than fun. Deleting this game. Don’t waste getting addicted!

The game itself is ok, the adds are killing it! You are given different shaped pieces that you put together until you fill the row/column. One it’s filled it disappears freeing space for new pieces. It can go forever!

After each fail (when you don’t have enough space on the board to fit the new pieces) an add starts. Each add lasts about 45-60 sec. The worst part is that you have to actually press various buttons to get rid of it. The add for Royal Match lasted about 2 1/2 minutes. After a full 1 minute video and I had to perform the same action over and over again about 8 times! Each time when I would press the ‘x’ or ‘Done’ instead of retuning to the game it would send me to the App Store.

Finally, after playing for about 1-2 month I deleted the game completely. It turned from a puzzle game into ‘killing the adds’ game.

Some people don’t know that Apple allows app publishers to simply pay for a higher score in the App Store than the reviewers give it (BTW one of the main reasons why I will never buy an iPhone again, are you listening Apple?). Sure it has a “4.8 average score” but read the reviews and most people give it one or two stars because it’s not only a simplistic game that gets boring after a few minutes, you have to watch an ad for each of those minutes. Apple is totally fine with publishers using bot accounts to boost scores, and if you just give them a chunk of money they will make the “average score” a 4.8 no matter what the users say.
I should have known, the ad has a line at the bottom that says “creative copy goes here that makes them want to download the game” and the app store page itself can’t even spell the word “relaxing” correctly. The developers are even stupider than their target market, but they have cash so Apple is happy to let them manipulate us.

I read a similar review to the one I’m about to post. I really enjoyed the part of the game where there was always a way forward if you thought about it hard enough.

The new update has now removed that thrill from the game. Now once you hit 3000 points, the game algorithm now gives you pieces that are impossible to use. Is the reason for this to force users to watch advertising more?

Genuinely the reason I like this game, so much is because it gives players hope. If there is always a way to solve it, but sometimes it is harder to find this way, the knowledge that it is possible keeps you going. I have started to find that it is not possible. Once you get to around three or 4000 points, the game just shuts you down and doesn’t let you progress no matter how skilled you are.

If you take away hope, then it kind of makes you resent the game, and is crazy frustrating. Even if you have a completely clear board, there is nothing you can if the game automatically gives you that cannot be used.

Please return it back to how it was before the last update!

So I’d like to start off with explaining what the game really is. You place blocks and try to eliminate rows. There’s a special extra part of the game that you have to find by starting the classic game and then pressing settings and then more games. The game labeled under more games is what the advertised game is but it’s really not the same. It’s where you move blocks to get rid of a row but they’re coming up from the bottom. It’s nothing like the ads for the game. I do enjoy that part of the game but there’s a problem. Just about every game, it glitches and the blocks will fall onto each other or start floating above the other blocks which makes it almost impossible to even play. After every time you lose you get an advertisement immediately. I just close out the app and reopen it. What’s worse though is that at the bottom of the game there’s an advertisement box and it will sometimes take you to a link on safari without even pressing anywhere near it. And the advertisements are inappropriate weight loss and health advertisements that are dangerous to kids and likely promote disordered eating. As an adult I am able to tell when an advertisement is fake or scam but I know that kids can’t. The reason I am giving as much as 3 stars for this is because no matter what, the game is incredibly addicting although there have been 0 updates to fix any problems I have personally listed. If you want your child to play this game, explain to them what scam or inappropriate advertisements are and why they happen. And make sure to sit with your kid if they are playing this game if they get taken to an outside link or if the game messes up. I would recommend just downloading a different game like this one because this isn’t different than any other block game and who knows maybe the other ones won’t glitch as bad as this.

I love playing the game. I don’t even mind the amount of ads, but the content of the ads has me on the verge of uninstalling the game all together. The repulsive and repugnant content of animated women covered in boils and sores and having things removed from their bodies is putrid and vomit-inducing. Please STOP these kinds of ads. They do not make for a pleasant experience on your app. I can’t take seeing them much longer. I have to totally close out the game after each level just so I don’t run the risk of seeing one, but I don’t always catch it in

time.

Slow, freezes & too many ads; you’ll spend more time watching ads than playing the game. I deleted the app.

The game is a fun game. The ads are absolutely vile. I would happily pay to never see the disgusting ads again.

Game is pretty fun for a few days. Just too many ads. Was fun for a few days but uninstalled. Just don’t care for that many ads.

You have to pay for the game somehow I get it. Is there no way to pay for ad free? 5 mins of game, then 2 painfully long ads. Lame.

This game was addictive and relaxing. It was my go to. But like other games that become popular, the game was changed. And now forget it.

When I seen the game being advertised, it look like it would have different boards! Same thing over and over! Taking up space for nothing

Advertisements look like Tetris, with skins to look like Mario, Zelda, etc. this is not Tetris it’s just placing blocks, there’s no gravity effect.

I loved the game, something simple and fun. But the ads just made me stop. I just can’t stand dealing with the ads after every single level of the “adventure”.
So guys, not worth it

The new shapes make this game not relaxing and fun anymore. Please remove them or make them an advanced level. Also the ads are way over the top. I shouldn’t have to interact with a dang ad.

1-star for deceptive ads that aren’t anything like the game. Otherwise this would be a nice simple game to pass the time. The in game ads aren’t too bad and it’s not continually trying to get you to spend money.

I downloaded this game because it was advertised on TikTok as Tetris. Using the words. There must be some copyright infringement here especially because the game advertised looks nothing like this game. Wow. I Woolf give 0 stars. But that isn’t an option

They will send you a message that you won’t a computer free, just give them your credit card for a $1 dollar handling fee and they will send the computer to you. Only place in my oppinion is you are going to the cleaners. I’m reporting this game to Feds.

i love the game i play it just to pass time but now there’s a problem that i never had before where it would tell me game over because i have no more space to put blocks when i actually do if that makes sense it’s really annoying please fix this because it makes the game really boring to play and frustrating

I really enjoy the game - it’s a decent mix of turn-your-brain-off and fun puzzle logic, but I am having to delete it. The sheer quantity of ads is too much. If I *haveto play one to buy a 2nd chance at a level, fine, but to have them randomly between levels AND if I’ve had to pause my game temporarily is ridiculous.

The ads are sooooo long, and soooo frequent that it’s beyond annoying. There’s no way to bypass them, pay your way out of them or anything. Every single round you have to go through a SERIES of them.

There is no shuffle option and no rotate option. I love this game and have spent hours playing it, but would love some options beyond what they currently have.

I see no place to purchase the app to avoid the annoying ads. I am so sick of the long ads, especially Home scape and Garden scape that I have to go through before I can get back to the game. Not only are they long and tedious, but they also interrupt my music or audiobook that I listen to while playing the game. The app game is fun, but, I give up. I am deleting the app due to the annoying ads.

a few weeks after downloading, i started getting ads that wouldn’t close and if i clicked the “x” to close it it would open up weird websites. i deleted immediately because i do not want to be phished.

then i downloaded another block puzzle and had a similar issue— i wonder if they are by the same person and if so i wonder if they are phishing or downloading viruses. either way something bad is going on and i highly do not recommend

I would’ve given this app 5 stars but they now have a new way to advertise which pops up
And says you can’t play block blast until you update to the latest version and when you click to update it’s an advertisement. Spamming customers and tricking them within the app with advertisements that look just like an app update is pretty low. I’ve played this every day and now no more, I’m done. Never saw an app go this far for advertisements to scam their own customers. Just terrible
