I bought a 5 pack of socks, one pair had a hole after 6 weeks, even though I washed and dried as instructed. So I reached out to customer support not once, not twice, not three times. It took 4 times for someone to answer, and after waiting 6 weeks just for that, they said "sorry, outside the return window". They don't get it. I don't want to return them. I want a new pair. The socks have a hole! That should not happen in 6 weeks. Terrible experience. Do not waste your money on these socks. The others are already fraying. Why is it ok to sell sub-par products? You take money for an inferior product and then don't stand behind your product.

Recommendation: Do not buy from Pacas!
