Wisteria Order cancellation - refund

I have a trade account for interior design with Wisteria, and I have placed a few orders with them. I have been trying to cancel an order for my clients that has been postponed multiple times since August 31st. I contacted their customer support team via email and phone, but they ignored my request and instead asked for a discount as we wanted this order to be canceled immediately. If my order is not canceled this week, I will take further action.

Wisteria Beautiful but Flawed: My Experience with Wisteria's Table

The table from Wisteria is pretty, but it ain't perfect. When I got it, I noticed some gaps and cracks that made me feel like it wasn't made with a lot of care. And now, after just one year, there are cracks all over the place! It's a real bummer. Plus, it took way longer to get to me than they said it would - like, four whole months longer. That's a long time to wait for a table, you know?

Wisteria Wisteria's False 'In Stock' Promise and Repeated Delivery Delays - A Disappointing Experience

So, I was looking for some chairs and I found Wisteria. They had some chairs that I liked and it said they were "in stock" so I went ahead and bought them. But then, after I hit submit, I got an email saying that the delivery date was pushed back. This happened like 4 times! And now, 6 months later, they did it again! I mean, come on! This is not a good way to do business. I'm not happy with Wisteria at all.

Wisteria Disappointing Experience with Wisteria: Delayed Processing and Poor Communication

I gotta say, my experience with Wisteria wasn't the best. I ordered something and they didn't even process it for ten whole days! Can you believe that? I had to send them an email to remind them to actually charge me and ship the item. And to top it off, every time I called, I was put on hold and then sent to an answering machine without talking to anyone. It's like they didn't even care about my order or my time. I was really looking forward to getting my item, but the wait and lack of communication just left me feeling disappointed. This was my first time ordering from them and I gotta say, I'm not impressed.

Wisteria Disappointing Experience with Wisteria: Delayed Shipments and Tracking Issues

I gotta say, I ain't too pleased with my experience with Wisteria. I ordered a chest back in April, and let me tell ya, the ship date got pushed back not once, but twice. And now, it's already October and I'm still waiting for my dang chest. I did get an email from them about 9 days ago with a tracking number and a link to the freight vendor, Ceva. But when I tried to track my shipment using the number, it kept saying that it don't exist in their system. What the heck, man? Now I gotta go and bug both Wisteria and Ceva for some answers. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Wisteria Disappointing Experience with Wisteria.com: Don't Waste Your Time

So, like almost a year ago, me and my partner decided to order an armoire from Wisteria.com. We was so excited to get it and put all our clothes in it. But, let me tell you, it's been a real hassle. This company keeps promising us that it's gonna arrive, but it never does. We even changed our vacation plans so we could be home when they said it was gonna come, but nope, still no armoire. It's like they don't even care about their customers. We're so disappointed and frustrated with this whole situation. Don't waste your time with Wisteria.com, they're not worth it.

Wisteria Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with Wisteria

I had a really bad experience with Wisteria. I wanted to return some large chairs that I had ordered, but I couldn't get through to them on the phone. I tried emailing them, but it took them a long time to respond and when they did, they didn't give me any help with arranging the return. I was really frustrated.

Eventually, I managed to get through to them on the phone and they said they would send my case to a shipping company. But when I tried to contact the shipping company, the number they gave me didn't work anymore. It was really frustrating.

Finally, I managed to get through to someone who told me that I had to wait for a four-hour window for the items to be picked up. I waited and waited, but no one came. I lost over four hours of work waiting for them.

Overall, I would not recommend Wisteria. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers. If you're thinking about ordering from them, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Wisteria Disappointing Experience with Wisteria: Incorrect Order and Poor Customer Service

I bought a table from Wisteria in March and it finally arrived in Late April. Unfortunately, it was the wrong one. I had to set up a return/exchange and they took the wrong item back in just a couple of days. However, it's been a month now and I'm still waiting for the correct one. They can't seem to provide any information about the replacement and keep blaming the mix up on "mislabeled" boxes. But the size difference is so obvious, it seems like they're just stalling.

When I reached out to them via email, they insulted me and didn't provide any insight into their own inability to provide even the most basic information about my order. In fact, they gave me WRONG information. It's just the worst experience I've ever had with an online retailer.

I'm really disappointed with Wisteria and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's frustrating to spend so much money on something and not get what you paid for. I hope they can improve their customer service and make things right for their customers in the future.

Wisteria Disappointing Delivery Experience with Wisteria.com - High Price, Low Communication

I recently made three orders on Wisteria.com for some dining furniture, spending over $4,300 in total. Unfortunately, I experienced some issues with the delivery process. Firstly, the table I ordered was back-ordered for two whole months, which was not communicated to me until after I had made the purchase. This was quite frustrating as I had been looking forward to receiving it.

To make matters worse, the delivery of the two chair orders I made was also plagued with delays caused by the freight carrier. Despite the fact that the chairs only had to travel 100 miles to reach my home, it took a whopping 12 and 16 days respectively for them to arrive. This was after they had already taken 2-3 days to travel 1400 miles. Needless to say, I was not impressed with the delivery service.

Throughout this whole process, I received very limited updates on the status of my table delivery and was told that I had no other options when it came to the freight carrier. This lack of communication and customer service was disappointing, especially considering the high price I had paid for the furniture.

Despite the fact that the products themselves were of great quality, I don't think I will be using Wisteria.com again in the future. The poor delivery experience and lack of customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

Wisteria Poor Customer Service and Communication from Wisteria - Beware Before You Buy!

I bought two chests from Wisteria for a decorating project and was charged right away on my AmEx. However, I didn't receive any notification or invoice about when the items would be shipped. I tried to log into the website, but it wouldn't let me. I wrote to customer service and got a response from Katrina who said she would look into it. I explained that I needed an email confirmation and receipt, but she told me to log onto the website, which I had already explained wasn't working for me. I decided to cancel the order as I was getting worried about doing business with this company. I called customer service, but couldn't talk to anyone. After four emails and still no response, I called AmEx and talked to a manager about the situation. AmEx is holding my payment as a dispute. I'm completely done with Wisteria. I had never purchased anything from them before and will never again. Please be careful if you decide to do business with them.
