I placed my order on December 29 and was advised that it would dispatch on January 29. I have been trying to contact Ozsale for 4 days now. I have had no response to my emails and have not been able to get through on the phone number provided.
The first email I asked when this order would be shipped, second I asked for a response and third I asked for a response again.

Not sure you should trust them.
I purchased five items from them and got only one out of them. Unfortunately, the most desired dress hadn't come.
Thank god they said they can give my money back, but I also wanted to get a refund for the shipping. They kept sending me bot generated e-mails
stating that money will be refunded. I felt I was robbed and I will not hear a human voice and will not get a personal email.
If you refund, I will write a good review. Till then you're nothing but a bunch of scammers for me.

Last week I finally received my order and was pretty much satisfied with everything, but bad thing was that one item was missing. I immediately contacted Ozsale and they said that item was not in stock and that I will be given a refund for that.
I am very disappointed that no one even bothered to contact me and warn about that.
And another sad thing is that they can't tell me when exactly I will get my money. They said that depends on how fast banks operate with each other.

I was supposed to get my order about a week ago but nothing arrived so I contacted Ozsale support and asked why was it taking so long and they said that my order was shipped and asked me to be more patient. Item I ordered was supposed to be a Christmas present and when they said they had some difficulties with the delivery service and said that my order will probably show up only at the end of December I asked them to cancel my order. Unfortunately they refused. I will never buy anything from them again!

I have ordered two items from the company www.ozsale.com.au. I waited 2 months and didn’t get the order or email about any delays. I was also shocked that the company didn’t communicate with me, so I have no idea where my order could be. I have asked the seller about it, but he only advised to wait and promised to deliver the order. I don’t trust the seller anymore, so I need some help or advice. I simply have no idea what to do.

I want to tell that the company www.ozsale.com scam all people. Don’t buy from this place. I have bought from them twice, but both times I have problems with the items. Firstly, the order arrived on time, but the dress looked completely different as on the website. The second time, the delivery was delayed and the seller didn’t give any details. Also, the company refuses to take orders back, change them or provide money back. Beware.

I was fooled by the company www.Ozsalecom.au. I haven’t registered or used the services of the company, but these jerks took $1, 000 from my savings account. I already tried to contact these scammers, but they posted wrong info. I have no idea how to get money from them, so please help me. I called to my bank, but they promised to help and still no news from them.

I ordered some stuff from the website www.ozsale.com.au. After I paid for the jacket and skirt, I waited for any updates or info about my order, but the seller didn’t provide the confirmation email or the tracking number or anything about my order. I sent a lot of emails, but the seller simply ignored all of them. I waited couple of weeks, but nothing. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing.
