I gotta say, I ordered from OutdoorLivingUK on May 27th, 2018 and didn't hear a peep from them. I was starting to get a bit antsy, so I decided to shoot them an email and give them a ring. I gotta say, the bloke who answered the phone was a real gem. He was super helpful and told me that my order would be delivered the next day.

I was a bit skeptical, but lo and behold, the courier sent me a text the next day saying that my package would be delivered between 1 and 2pm. I was like, "yeah, right," but I gotta say, they delivered the goods at 1:10pm on the dot.

All in all, I gotta give it up to OutdoorLivingUK. They really came through for me, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

But, I was wrong. On the 5th day, I rang them to ask about my order. They told me that the supplier had put their prices up and they needed to try to get the right price for them. They said they would ring me back. But, I heard nothing for 2 days. I had to call back again to ask about my order. They told me that there was nothing they could do and the money would be transferred back without discussing with me. If I wanted the items, I would then have to re-order the items at now double the price! I was so angry and disappointed. This is a disgusting trading practice. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

I recently purchased a water feature from OutdoorLivingUK and paid for it through PayPal. I was happy to receive a PayPal receipt straight away, which included an invoice number. However, I did not receive an acknowledgment from the company, which I believe was due to an IT issue.

After waiting for 9 working days, I decided to give the company a call to inquire about my order. It took about 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone, but once they did, I was informed that my water feature would be sent out straight away. I was relieved to hear this news and eagerly awaited its arrival.

Sometimes things just take a little longer than expected, but it's worth the wait for a quality product like this.

I recently purchased two bird scarer solar spinner motors from OutdoorLivingUK, and unfortunately, they did not work as advertised. Despite their promise to refund the return, I did not receive my money back.

When I first tried to use the spinners, they did not spin at all, even though it was a sunny day. I tried pointing the solar panel directly at the sun, but still, nothing happened. I even attempted to turn the spindle manually, but only one of them spun weakly when pointed at the sun and not at all otherwise.

I was extremely disappointed with the product and decided to return them. However, Mike Hall, the person I spoke to, said that I had to point them directly at the sun for them to work. This was not acceptable for me as I do not have the time to constantly reset the spinners as the sun moves across the sky.

Despite my dissatisfaction, Mike would not refund the full amount. I settled for a 50% refund, but even that was not given to me. I tried to chase them twice in the following month, but to no avail.

I regret not reading the many reviews similar to mine before purchasing from OutdoorLivingUK. I hope that others will take the time to read reviews before buying from this company.

I bought a water feature from OutdoorLivingUK last year and used it throughout the summer. I was really happy with it, but when it came time to put it away for the winter, I noticed that there were some cracks in the base and the fiberglass covering was coming away from the fibreboards that the reservoir was constructed with. I covered it up with the supplied cover and hoped for the best.

When spring came around, I refilled the water feature only to find that water was leaking out of the reservoir. I sent an email to customer service with some photos and they got back to me pretty quickly. They said that they would send out some resin repair kits and I was hopeful that this would resolve the issue.

I followed the instructions with the three small putty repair kits, but unfortunately the reservoir still leaks due to insufficient putty. Additionally, there was no solution given for the fiberglass sides coming away from the fibreboard. I contacted customer service again and was informed that the resin kits were a gesture of goodwill and that there was no offer of a replacement for the faulty item, which is obviously not fit for purpose.

I sent a few more emails outlining the issues and requesting a refund or replacement, but I haven't received a reply. This is really disappointing, especially since the unit is well within the 12-month warranty stated on the website. I hope that OutdoorLivingUK will take responsibility for this and make things right.

I work for the NHS and I'm on the frontline, so I don't have time to sit on the phone for hours every day just to talk to someone. I explained this to two different people, but they didn't seem to care. The last guy I spoke to even said he didn't care if I worked for Coca Cola or the NHS, it was still over 30 days. Can you believe that?

Honestly, I would stay far away from this company. Their customer service is terrible and it's nearly impossible to get in touch with them. There are plenty of other companies out there that are more professional and actually answer their phones and emails. Don't waste your time with OutdoorLivingUK.

I recently purchased an outdoor clock and thermometer from OutdoorLivingUK and unfortunately, it didn't keep accurate time. I was disappointed with the product and decided to return it. However, when I contacted the company, they refused to refund the postage costs of ?5.00. To make matters worse, they also refused to refund the return postage of ?5 and charged me an additional 10% admin cost of ?1.63.

It seems that they are not willing to take responsibility for faulty products and instead, they charge their customers for their mistakes. I was shocked to hear that they claimed that all of these charges were acceptable with Trading Standards.

So, I bought this Pottery Water Feature from OutdoorLivingUK and it looked great at first. But then I noticed that the glaze was all messed up. I tried emailing them about it, but they never got back to me. So, I decided to call them up and it took me over 40 minutes just to get through to someone. Finally, I talked to this guy named Mike and he said he would look into it. But it's been 9 days now and I still haven't heard anything back from them. And now, I can't even get through to them on the phone anymore. I've been waiting on hold for over an hour and the line just keeps ringing!

It's really frustrating because they were so quick to take my money, but now they won't even respond to me about this faulty product. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this company again. If you're thinking about buying something from them, I would suggest checking out some other review sites first. Don't waste your hard-earned money like I did!
