This is 3rd time writing this have yet to hear. Went to Kapolei location on 3/25 8:30 pm party of 11 ( 3 checks).02476-3 table 53. Ordered bloomin onions asked anout Kevin Harvick deal said she didnt know, check on never got answer never recieved onions but was charged for it. Had to ask for bread, refill drinks. My burger was way over cooked. Never asked if we wanted dessert. Had a $20 tuck away card (expired) BBB said good 1-5 yrs later but was told no good. Exp 7/18.
