We ate at your Albany, Ga restaurant last night. Our server was very pleasant taking our order (remembering what we wanted without writing anything down and got it right); we got our meals and NEVER saw our server again…. our drink glasses were empty for over 20 minutes when he stopped by and asked if we needed containers for leftovers. When we commented he never came back to check on ANYTHING and we would like another drink, he yelled: “I have these other FOUR booths to serve”, huffed and walked away! We asked for a manager at that point and Mgr, Quinshay Hams was outstanding. She’s a true asset to Outback; she compt our dinner and gave us gift cards for a future dinner and free blooming onion.. without her courtesy and professionalism we would probably NOT return to Outback… (by the way, I do collect points…[protected]). Thank you for having a great manager at that particular location, she surely knows how to treat people with respect and do everything she can to satisfy an upset customer.

Desired outcome: Larry the server at least reprimanded in some way, NOT just spoken to; and I do understand how hard it is to have employees but I believe you’re better off with friendly servers than losing customers over poor ones.
