Outback Steakhouse review: Pick up service at outback steakhouse

We ordered 4 meals on New Years Eve! We placed our order early at 3:30 to be picked up at 6:00. My husband sat in the parking lot until 7:30! It was clearly a manager problem! No one came out to explain what the problem was until people started getting out of their cars to inquire about their orders! At this point the manager came out & yelled for everyone to get back in their cars that they were doing the best they could! My daughter ordered from another Outback & got their order right on time & hot! I think this manager had no idea how busy they would be for New Years Eve & was unprepared!
