Outback Steakhouse review: Lakeland, Fl Outback Steak House

My wife and I went to Outback on 02/11/2022. We put our name on the list at 6:23pm and we told 20 mins. No problem we were seated at 7:05pm. That is no big deal I understand they were busy. Once seated we were greeted by our server Julianna W. She was outstanding by the way. We ordered our drinks and dinner. I ordered my steak Med. Rare however once I received my steak it was cold. Not cold like cook cold, like fridge cold. I called Julianna back and she said she would remake it. No problem we all make mistakes. Then the manager Ruby Rivas brought back a steak that looked like my boot. It was not Med Rare however it was well done. I said no thank you I do not want that. Her response was this is all we have, take it or leave it. I said excuse me! She repeated this is all we have do you want this or not. I said NO by this time my wife is done eating her dinner. Another manger came up and said I'm sorry for your in convince and the way my other manger spoke to you. I said just bring the bill I am done. When we were walking out Ruby Riva was yelling at the male manger pointing at me. I was so upset after leaving Outback. I have never been treated like I was by Ruby.
