Outback Steakhouse review: Food and management

Myself n husband had dinner at this location it wasn't clean as it use to be had dirty silver n plates ! After order the unlimited shrimp w Center-cut Sirlion and the Bone-In Ribeye our order came out wrong the served my husband the T-Bone so he had to wait 25 mins to replace still cooked wrong .I was told after ordering unlimited shrimp they were out the waiter as if I would like the garlic shrimp I explained I did like garlic shrimp manager came to the take suggest I try shrimp w out garlic if I didn't like it she would take it off the bill ! Still waited another 15 mins no shrimp husband no meal so manager explained it was the waiter's fault very unprofessional manager stated put the order in incorrectly . Shrimp was not tasteful n rubbery like it had been microwaved. Manger returned to the table stating that she found some more fried shrimp and she could fixed me the shrimp that I ordered she just told the servers no more orders taken because they were out ? no didn't sounds right to me ! No thank u I'm not hungry anymore the wait is too long I didn't eat the steak it was tough and my husband n eat didn't get to enjoy dinner together after waiting for almost 2hrs e en wait for 15 mins to receive our bill . No fault to the server he was polite it was his 3rd day but manager still charge me for shrimp I didn't get eat after our conversation she stated that I said I was full. I stated I didnt have an appetite a ny longer after the long wait and she could take off the shrimp we also order the cherry lime alcohol beverage which was Sprite n cherry juice full of ice order the second time full of ice no alcohol me and my husband have been customer at Outback for many years we normally travel a distance to our favorite locations ut decided to eat closer to our home. BIG mistake we tried this location last year hoping it has gotten better .not at all poor management, not clean. We not return after 70.00 later we was u happy still paid for our food and tip the waiter no fault of his ...we feel as loyal customer we r due a full refund for a disappointing evening that the manager should have made better .I must add we were not the only customers not happy w food and service..
