I have been trying hard for days to become a paid member. I set up acct on my cell but that was not working for me. Had it successfully deleted by Ourtime. I then started new set up on my home computer. Just before completion of new acct an Ourtime employee reinstated old acct by mistake (they did not read or understand many previous correspondences). I was then blocked before I could complete my new set up. Now I'm accused of attempting two accounts which is a violation of terms. I can't get anyone to see this is not my fault. It was I who asked for only one account. I have communicated with many different employees about the problem. None take time to read what was previously written and just make assumptions. I have called cust serv but am told to resolve my issues through online customer service. That has been an unpleasant frustrating experience. I've wasted several hours of correspondences that no one pays attention to. This should've been resolved with a couple emails. It's now a mess. Only if I could talk to a manager/supervisor it would be resolved very quickly. Can someone please Help!

Claimed loss: Loss of use of services, falsely accused of violating terms.

Desired outcome: All I want is one account on my home computer. Cannot get anyone to understand that. Delete everything completely and let me start over brand new.
