We had a new Patio built. The crew showed up when expected, on time and worked tirelessly through the 2 days needed to complete the job. They were pleasant to deal with and were really good with our curious kids who wanted to watch them work. The owner was over a few times and checked in to see if we were happy with the work; which we are!

After obtaining three quotes from various companies, I trusted my gut to choose Ottawa Pave Master and I wasn't disappointed. All aspects of this job went very smoothly from the quote to the completion of the job by a very professional crew. I am very pleased with the result and highly recommend this company. Pavemasters have done an excellent job on our long worn out driveway project. (May ). They were well organized, on time, professional and attentive to detail. Pavemaster's excavation crew were efficient and professional. The driveway was rebuilt with interlock. Pavemaster's resurfacing crew were exceptional, good-humoured, well organized, efficient and highly detailed in their providing an excellent result. We are very pleased.

We recommend Pavemaster without reservation. They arrived before 7am, but they were so quiet we had not heard their heavy equipment arrive! Then they promptly started working at 7. It was a skilled, hard-working, professional, well-orchestrated, pleasant, polite and helpful team conducted by a very able and friendly foreman. All aspects of this job went very smoothly from the quote to the completion of the job. They paid attention to detail and cleaned up perfectly afterward. They provided us with solid and beneficial advice throughout. Their work exceeded our expectations.

No need to repeat what other reviewers have said about the quality of the work Ottawa Pavemaster does. I concur with other reviews. A great team of folks who take pride in a job well done. The end result for our interlock with paving insert driveway and our patio met and even exceeded our expectations given the manner in which the work was done. You pay for what you get. In this case I paid for excellence and that is what I got, no question about it. Proof of excellence will (hopefully) show in a few years when I hope to NOT see any noticeable separation at the garage/driveway intersection point. Fingers crossed on that point! Terry, Orleans

Excellent workmanship on repaving our driveway and a new base. The owner, Mr. Pavemaster, was great to deal with, explained my options and clearly quoted the prices, no hidden fees or extras. Our job needed to be done in two parts because of other construction work. It was all worked out to our schedule. The crew was punctual, detail focused, it was done properly, not the fastest easiest way. They never stopped moving. They explained what they were doing and why. Very knowledgeable about the process. The site was kept organized and clean. The sidewalk and street were cleaner when they finished than when they started. They really work well as a team. I highly recommend Ottawa Pavemaster.

Fantastic work from Ottawa Pavemaster. They removed a two car cracked and sloping driveway and concrete walkways and replaced them with a beautiful driveway, two stone walkways and a stone front porch, in 3 and a half days. While accommodating to all our requirements, they offered excellent advice on the layout and the result is stunning. Even the neigbours have given compliments on the beautiful job, the skill of the team as they watched them work and the end result. Th team paid attention to detail and cleaned up perfectly afterward. They were very friendly and highly professional. I have recommended them to friends who may need this type of work in the future.

Hello, I just had a double asphalt driveway and interlock patio and walkway to the back of my house completed (09SEP21) by Ottawa Pavemaster. I can't overestimate how professional the interlock team was (shout out to John and team) and equally, the asphalt team (sorry didn't get any of your names). I watched as they completed everything as promised and as specified. The crews clearly respect their work as their collective work ethic was second to none. Many of my neighbours also told me how impressed they were with the team work, know how and efficiency. When they were done their clean-up would leave you to wonder if they were even there. Thanks John and the two crews, you made the whole process painless!

I had a double driveway with skirting and walkways redone by Ottawa Pavemaster. I am very happy with the outcome and the process. The company representative was very helpful with the stone selection and planning. There are 2 teams - an installation team, and a landscape/patio stone team. I was impressed from the start by both the teams. The installation team instructed that retained stones were to be piled neatly, and tools were to be unloaded and neatly set to the side. That set the tone. All of the employees were polite both to each other and to me. The quality was very, very high. The attention to detail for the patio stones was very impressive. Overall, this is a company with professional employees and high quality work and I highly recommend them. Thanks to all, and especially the two foremen. JL

Earlier this summer we hired the firm Ottawa Pavemasters to replace our existing double driveway and front walkway plus the construction of a garden walk at the front of our bay window. The work was performed by an outstanding crew under the supervision of John, who, together with Mike, Sarah, and Tom, provided us with solid and beneficial advice throughout. The results are simply astounding. They exceeded our expectations by a long shot. At the end of the summer, we hired the same Ottawa Pavemasters to replace the sidewalk and steps on the east side of the house. Again, we were impressed by their punctuality. Again we were impressed by their punctuality, their discipline in keeping and leaving the place nice and tidy and the overall high quality of their work and materials. All in all, a most professional piece of work. In October Ottawa Pavemasters returned at our request to perform yet a large job: a total makeover of our backyard made up of a large patio and two subsidiary ones, The final results are impressive. The company is aptly named "Pavemasters". A trustworthy business. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for stone work.

We recently had our backyard landscaped by the Ottawa Pavemaster team. The company came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. At our initial consult, we were quickly made to feel at ease as we walked through our design plan step by step and had our many questions answered. The team was very friendly and professional and was even able to provide additional suggestions for our plan that we had not initially considered. The information was provided without any sort of pressure, but merely to help ensure that we had all options to consider. The contract process was simple and easy, and everything that was agreed upon was completed without hassle or dispute. When the crew arrived to start the job, we were met with the same professionalism and friendly demeanour that we had experienced at the consult. They worked extremely hard and delivered a beautiful final product, all while ensuring a neat and tidy job site and answering any questions that we had. They are truly skilled professionals who care about the quality of their work. We are extremely happy with the result and would not hesitate to use their services in the future. We recently had our driveway and front walk done in stone by Ottawa Pavemaster. The excavation crew lead by John were true professionals, removing our old asphalt driveway, interlock walkway and garden. The workmanship on the preparation of the site by this crew was excellent. They left at the end of a very long work day for themselves, leaving our property clean and tidy, ready for the landscaping crew to arrive the next day to start their portion of the job. Landscaping crew arrived before 7am, and were ready to go as soon as the clock struck 7. Mike Smith and the rest of the crew were again truly professional, and artists at what they do. Laying of the stones, making everything fit, is not without challenges, but this company is truly experienced and knowledgeable. Again at the end of the day, the site was left clean and tidy. The crew was back day 3 to finish up, never rushing, always answering any of our questions. We were pleased and impressed that the owner, Mark Johnson, stopped by the site each day, making sure that we were happy with each step of the process, as well as phoning at the end of each day to check in. The end result is spectacular, and the compliments from neighbours and passersby have not stopped. We would certainly recommend this company for stonework. Thank you to everyone at Ottawa Pavemaster!
