Exellent customer service from begining to end of project. My siding needed to be replaced due to storm damage. Cochran helped me through the insurance process which turned a difficult project into an easy one.

I went to Cochran's place and asked for an estimate. They sent Dustin the next day. Dustin was nice and knew his stuff. I liked that he went into the attic to check things out. I got three estimates and went with the one in the middle.

I can't say enough about the quality of customer service we have experienced with Cochran Exteriors. We are building a house ourselves and hired them to do our roof. During the construction, we experienced a few leaks. When I contacted my project manager and sales person, they were out the next day to resolve the issue so that other contractors could continue with the build. If every company had the customer service as Cochran, they would be very successful. I highly recommend Cochran. They deserve more than just 5 stars, more like 1000. Thank you for great service.

Misrepresentation of roof repairs on my home. Materials still in my driveway, not on my roof. I paid Cochran Exteriors $1700 upfront to install roof vents and a few shingles on my roof from minor hole damage. It took over a month to get any kind of reaction from Cochran Exteriors. After several calls, I reached a point of frustration and asked for a refund. Suddenly, the materials were delivered the next day, but no one came out to install the shingles until two days later.

A crew came out while I was at work at 7:00 pm. They spent 20 minutes on my roof. I know it was 20 minutes because I get off work at 7:00 and got home at 7:24, and they were leaving. I asked one of the installers if they got everything done on the order. He said yes but didn't offer anything to sign indicating that the job was complete. The crew then jumped in the truck and drove away. As I walked up my driveway, I saw all the materials still on the skid in my driveway, which the sales rep explained to me that I needed a special kind of shingles and had to order. Either they lied or the work crew put scrap materials on my roof. I have no idea.

To top it off, they sent me a message on 10/4 saying they want to pick up the materials. I don't think so until I get a full explanation of what was done and have someone inspect my roof.

I regret choosing Cochran Exteriors to replace my roof. Originally, Cochran was gonna replace my roof and do some exterior woodwork/siding repair. We signed the contract and were ready to go when I was informed that my siding actually would need to be fully replaced and not be able to be repaired. The roofers left scratches on my back porch, a long scratch on the side of my house, and did a terrible job with the trim. I received an additional invoice for 12 sheets of plywood at $85 each. However, I had messages from the day of the installation that said "it will be more around 5-6 sheets total". Additionally, my contract said $65 a sheet. I would have been charged over $600 more if I didn't read my contract and paid attention the day of installation. They came back to fix the trim and some other issues with the installation and the man kept asking if I would leave them a good review so he could get "stars" and a bonus. He didn't seem to care that I was upset about the quality of the work and just kept asking for a good review. My trim was "fixed" and the quality of the work was substandard. The work was very very sloppy and I honestly felt embarrassed about how bad it looked. I sent Cochran a message with the photos of the trim on Nov 11. I sent a follow up message on Nov 19 since I didn't receive a response. They finally responded to me on Jan 10! This lack of communication happened all throughout my time dealing with them. I felt like I was pulling teeth trying to give a company my business! Even minor things like them not having my correct phone number took three emails before it was fixed. I regret giving Cochran my business. I wish I could have voided my contract with them. The only positive from this whole experience is that I know now to never do business with them.
