I had three roof companies before JSMM to get a 24 year old roof replaced. Not one got on board! JSMM did their job. It's replaced and everything he promised is getting done. I had storm damage to my roof and I contacted JSMM, Inc. They were quick with everything they did and got my insurance company on board and everything was taken care of in a timely matter. The employees that came to the house were respectful and fast. They cleaned up the mess and finished within a day. My roof looks amazing and stands out from the rest. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing and inspection needs.

I have used JSMM for two projects now on my home. For both, they have done excellent work, and I would highly recommend them to others! They work amazingly well with insurance carriers to ensure the repairs that should be covered are indeed taken care of. They are responsive to all communication, really care about doing the job right, and listen to my input. They really went the extra mile to make sure the work was completed quickly and efficiently and I couldnt be more pleased.

I cant thank JSMM, INC enough and I will be a customer for life. John Smith and his team at T&T public adjusting filed my insurance claim for my roof and JSMM installed my new roof which exceed my expectations. I tried filing a claim a few years ago on my own and was denied by the insurance company. When new damage came up a couple months ago John Smith represented my family. He filed my claim, met with the insurance company, and then got enough money to reroof my house the proper way ensuring my house stays dry for years to come. John Smith and his team were polite, professional, efficient, used quality materials, paid attention to details, and cleaned up thoroughly to ensure a safe yard for my kids.

I am a general contractor. I've hired JSMM over the last 3 years to represent my clients when the project involves an insurance claim. We've had two for water damage due to burst pipes and one from a fire. JSMM and his crew assesses the damage with a more comprehensive view than we would be capable of doing and also, most importantly, negotiating the claim for much more money than a general contractor would have knowledge about submitting a justified claim. They do the remediation work, which is the immediate removal of the damaged areas, properly dry out the house, and clean out the smoke damage. My clients have all felt a great sense of relief, as I have as well, on their handholding through the entire insurance claim and also submitting for additional claims as typical unforeseen damages can be detected during the renovations. I highly recommend JSMM as honest, amazing communication, and stays with the project until completion.

JSMM is an amazing company with caring employees. Their attention to detail and level of customer service is second to none. Absolute professionals!JSMM has worked with us to complete three major projects over a 2-year period: Completing a new roof installation, new siding/gutters on our house and garage, and most recently was instrumental in completing repairs in our family room, kitchen and entire first floor after we suffered major damage due to an ice dam. In all cases, we were impressed by the quality of work and the level of professionalism by the JSMM team. The workmanship on everything was outstanding and we could not be happier with the results. What really sets JSMM apart was the careful planning, accurate scheduling, attention to detail and timely communication which went into the project. The ice dam repair project was massive and included demo in multiple rooms, drywall installation, painting and trim work, hardwood floor sanding and staining, and a complete kitchen gut and remodel with new cabinets, electrical, plumbing, tilework and granite countertops. JSMM ensured that everything went smoothly and according to schedule. We were amazed when the deadline was met precisely. All work completed in just over a month. We know we are a tough customer as we have very specific ideas of what we want and are extremely picky! The end result was beautiful. We love it. The team at JSMM was a joy to work with, extremely helpful, honest, and great at communication. Every step of the project was above-board and well executed and everyone we had in our home was extremely professional. White Glove Service!Finding the right person to handle the right job is everything and it is an incredible bonus when you find someone like Tishel And Tishel Public Adjusters, who handled everything on our behalf with the utmost white glove service and professionalism. He was our champion in working with our insurance company to rightfully pay out this claim. I had been a loyal insurance customer for over 25 years and never late with a payment. We were about to have our insurance claim denied when our roofer suggested meeting Tishel And Tishel Public Adjusters to cover our legitimate claim due to ice damming in our house. It was during the vortex of 2021 when our insurance company was angling to bring in a structural engineer to find pre-existing conditions to deny my claim.
