Outstanding. Estimator Randy thoroughly explained the process and his estimate was spot on; no surprises. Installers Josh and Tony arrived on time. They were very efficient and professional. Everything was cleaned up afterward and they clearly explained system operation. Post-installation testing reveled a dramatic decrease in radon levels. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Radon Removal.

Randy's radon initially installed mitigation in the fall of 2019. After initial Test the levels of radon were still too high. So, Randy's installed a bigger and better radon removal fan to reduce radon levels spring 2020. He Retested after the new equipment installed and level of radon is well below 4.0 Randy‘s work is very professional, thorough and has integrity and good follow up in solving problems!

I have over 40 years of experience working in the trades...primarily caprpentry and painting. This company knows how to get the job done and how to communicate with their customers. After the initial work on my home the test results met the standards. Randy felt they could still get them lower, they came back and did more initial work at no additional charge. And yes, they got the radon level even lower. Would I recommend them "you betcha!"

Everyone involved was great to work with. I had another company provide a proposal and they basically eyeballed the site and gave me a boilerplate response. Randy spent a significant amount of time at our house figuring out the best approach and provided a price estimate that was slightly higher than the 2nd company. But he had a well thought out rationale and told me why this might work and why it might not work! Tony and Josh did a great job installing the mitigation system and fitted it so well into our house that you can barely tell where the piping is. Highly recommend these guys.

The team at Radon Removal was great from the start. Very responsive to my initial call, and Chris came out and gave me a great education on Radon and what a Radon removal system does. He thoroughly went through my house with me, checking out different potential options for placement of the system. The bid came back promptly, and the work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The guys also did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. The Radon tests done after installation show that the system is definitely doing what it was designed to do. I'm happy to know that my family is now safe from the threat of Radon in our home!

We got The radon Mitigator installed by Radon Removal,Inc, it was a short waiting. Radon level was 4.0 before , but reduced it to 1.1. Chris ,the estimator was very quick and knowledgeable to figure out the lay out of the house, ,( this saved our time huge, and very easy due to our complicated work schedules. ). Josh & Tony The Installers, were very efficient, skilled people. took no time to install, fantastic to work with, and it was a positive experience working with them. Everything about working with Radon Removal was excellent. Our job was a bit unusual in that it was an older house with a new addition with a basement lower than the original. Randy asked lots of questions and asked for architectural renderings and then ended up coming out and spending more than an hour measuring the house and making sure he could install the appropriate system. He was very thorough and anticipated some challenges that we ended up having to do, but we were told in advance and they kept to the bid. Josh and Tony did the install and left our basement clean and tidy after a long day. The test results were below the levels we needed, so we are very satisfied with their work. Highly recommended.

We recently purchased a home with radon levels of 16.5. Radon removal was recommended by multiple friends of ours who had used them. Chris gave us a virtual estimate (which was very similar to the other company we also got an estimate from, except radon removal was willing to do more of the “dirty work"). Then on installation day, Josh and Tony arrived and walked through the plan with us. They were very knowledgeable and shared tips with us that we didn't even know to ask for - we were so thankful for their insight. I am beyond pleased with how professional they were and how neat it was when they left. Our radon level is now 1.8. We couldn't have asked for anything more. So thankful we hired radon removal!

We were planning to sell our house in a couple of months and the realtor suggested getting a radon test. It came back at 7.6 so I asked the guy who did the test for some recommendations of companies that had a good reputation. Radon Removal was one of them. After talking with Randy and finding out what was involved I was concerned about the venting pipe going into the garage because we have a mud room in the way. Chris came out and surveyed the situation and gave 3 possible estimates depending on what the crew might find in the questioned area. When the crew arrived they came up with a solution that turned out to easier, less intrusive in the basement, and cheaper than originally estimated. They were very professional and the work was done very quickly. The radon levels have dropped to .6 in the basement now. I would highly recommend the company.

Radon Removal, Inc. lowered our Radon level from 5.9 to 2.0 despite an abnormal amount of moisture under our basement floor slab which required two extraction points. The entire organization is simply the best and it starts with Randy who thoroughly understands Radon mitigation issues. Chris came out to our home to conduct a site visit before preparing a proposal which In my mind reflected the best value. Of course the rubber meets the road during the installation process. Josh and Tony, each a professional in his own right, installed the mitigation system neatly and thoughtfully with exemplary workmanship evident. Both Josh and Tony explained what they were doing and why but more important, did so in a courteous and friendly manner. As the individual who recommended Randy's company to me said, "Don't waste your time talking with anyone else." I agree with that advice.

Our home had a moderate Radon measurement (3.7), but my wife and I wanted to reduce the risk to our family as much as possible. We shopped around to providers, and got other quotes. We had quotes for external systems from companies that did not explain the pro's and con's of external vs internal systems. Randy and Chris at RR took the time to explain the difference between the systems and provided literature on why internal systems (through garage attic) are preferred. After a careful review, we decided to go with RR's bid. On the install date, Josh and Tony arrived on time, but quickly found an issue. The room in the basement that needed access was blocked by appliances. They moved the appliances out of a very tight space to make sure the system was able to be completed in the most efficient manner possible. After the installation, we had a follow on test and radon levels were measured at below the lowest possible level the test could measure (0.3). We would strongly endorse RR for anyone considering Radon Mitigation done price effectively, and done the right way.

Randal Removal , Inc with Randy W , Chris the estimator, and Josh and Tony the installer was a seamless, efficient process. I had one other company come to my home prior to them and give me an estimate. Randal Removal by far was the best qualified and provided more information than the previous company. They also answewred all of my questions and provided a very scientific explanation of how the system works and what to expect. They arrived on time, was very polite, and cleaned up after the job was completed. They connected the system to our su pump and drain tile and went thur the garage ( verses thur an upstairs closet that the previous company wanted to do -- and the previous company was not going to connecct to the sub pumb) My levels of radon was 6.2 before the installation and 1.2 after the installation. I highly recommend this company. I also had called their references prior to selecting them and heard many good reports. Not one negative. Chris and Randy were excellent in exlaning things and patient with all my questions. Tony and Josh were great installers-- They also answered all my questions and worked efficiently.
