Account # 5863869. They continued to bill me after the account was cancelled. They said I never confirmed the cancellation, but I actually did confirm the cancellation. They could have reviewed their email on 11/14/2022 1:31 PM to be exact. The accounts managed refused to even go into the email account [protected]@rackspace.com. Finally found their site that gave you return labels. I returned product to them on 4/10/23 and it showed that they received it on 4/14/23. I did not receive a refund or even an email.
