SCULPTnation/ VShred review: Burn Evolved 2.0 and workout/meal plan

Ordered 1/11/23 Oder# SO2334556. Product did not work for me so I sent several emails to their customer service. No response with what to do to return product. Finally found their site that gave you return labels. I returned product to them on 4/10/23 and it showed that they received it on 4/14/23. I did not receive a refund or even an email. I have since tried several times to contact them with no response.
