For some time now I have been getting the wrong member when I go to access a message from another member and I cannot get any resolution from customer service it would prove very embarrassing to send a message to who it indicates as being one person but the message goes to another person due to some kind of frost profile issue. This has been happening for a few weeks now.
Desired outcome: Have the correct member coincide with the messages they send so a message just not go to the incorrect member
