Due to the high volume of residents and no parking space, very few around 28 visitors parking space and only 1 parking space per tenant yet permitted 2 cars per resident.
This Condominium is putting me as a tenant in a hard situation. I have spoken to my landlord and did not find a solution. The property manager told him there's nothing they can do, I asked for an HOA email or number, and they told me I can't reach out to them, only management that can. I'm still waiting for their response
I also told them that since the tennis court has 3 cars with permission to park there that I will pay a monthly fee and they told me no there's a waiting list. Yet those cars can! did not understand that.
There is no parking here.
I was told It would be hard to find parking but was not told that there is no parking available for the second car that is totally different. Starting from the owner to the management office.
Yet today my car was towed. I have to pay $172 to get my car back. I have the property decal, but I have to park in places that are empty and for the past month I found a spot and today the owner is back and called the tow truck on me because I was in their spot. I understand that part but yet the property does not help me in permitting me to park in their tennis court that is far from my apartment. It is a long walk but I'm willing to pay what it is they were asking for.
They say there is a list for when they renovate it but many around the community have told me that this has been going on for a while and nothing has happened.
My big problem is this property, and the landlord needs to tell their tenants that there is only room for one car per property, and this is not the case. They say, "we guarantee you one spot, but you can have 2 cars on the property." They say, "It may be hard to find parking" instead of telling them "You will not find any parking for the second car."
I have spoken to security multiple times, but they can't do anything.
I have only lived here for 3 months and since day 1 this has been happening, sometimes I don't sleep watching my car but today has forced me to reach out for help! My car got towed and I can't afford this to happen every day. Please I need a solution to this problem.
Claimed loss: towed $172
Desired outcome: That they also let me park in tennis court or find me a parking space.
